Really recommend this dentist! The staff are all very kind and welcoming. They were able to squeeze me in as a new patient on the same day that I called and provided top tier care. As someone with dentist anxiety, this practice offered a relaxing atmosphere with kind and gentle staff who made the whole experience as gentle as possible. I feel lucky to have found them and can highly recommend.

Had an emergency appointment as I had severe dental pain and the service was outstanding. Debbie was kind and helpful in getting me an appointment and Jonathan the dentist was incredibly patient and put my anxiety at ease. Absolutely fantastic first time experience here and makes me feel completely at ease about going back for further treatments.

I regret to say that my experience with Niamh Jane Wallace was the most disappointing dental visit I've ever endured. Her demeanor was condescending, and she spoke to me as if basic respect were a luxury I didn’t deserve. Patience and empathy? Nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, her assistant, Kira—easily recognizable by her elaborate makeup and gravity-defying lashes—chose to invent a story that I "grabbed the drill" when all I did was flinch because, shockingly, anesthetic needs time to kick in. Apparently, waiting was too much of a chore. I understand break time was calling, but rushing through patient care and then fabricating stories isn't the move, Niamh. And while we’re at it, with all due respect, your name sounds more like a Korean dish than someone who should be holding a dental drill.

Staff are friendly & welcoming, and they will always try to fit your appointment needs as best they can.
