Broadwater Dental Practice

I had an assessment today on a filling that's been causing me issues for a while as its broken. After trying to find a dentist to see me for months, Broadwater got back to me very quickly. I am extremely anxious when it comes to my teeth but was made to feel very comfortable and at ease very quickly. I was able to book in to have the filling replaced very quickly too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really had a wonderful experience as the first time customer with Broadwater dental practice. Especially being 35+ weeks pregnant and coming with two toddlers, I was really worried about my appointments. The reception staffs and the doctor who attended us on the day were really helpful in all means. Thank you so much to all of you for your amazing service. Really appreciated !

I can't recommend the practice highly enough. Dr Sonal Patel is always so kind, patient and gentle, and I genuinely experience zero pain during treatment with her. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, which always puts me at ease. I've had some very painful and unpleasant experiences with dentists in the past, so I used to dread every appointment. Thanks to Dr Patel, that fear has completely disappeared. I now know I'm in safe hands every time I visit, and I never worry that it's going to hurt. In fact, I never thought I'd say this, but I actually look forward to going to the dentist now! She has completely changed my perception of dental treatment, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care and reassurance she provides. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the practice to anyone, especially those who are nervous about visiting the dentist.

I had an early morning appointment and an afternoon appointment. I was greeted on both occasions with a warm welcoming smile. The staff are polite and friendly. I was treated very well during both appointments. I was reassured and made to feel at ease . I was given advice and possible options to consider should I need further treatment. As always a pleasant experience .

We were absolutely delighted with our visit! Even my 18-month-old son felt completely comfortable and had a great experience. The team is fantastic, highly recommend!

This is my children’s dental practice. Dr Sonal Patel and her dental assistant were very kind, patient, and gentle with them. Dr Patel spoke directly to my children as well as to me as their mum, which helped them feel comfortable and involved in their care. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience a positive one.

Both my kids see the dentist today . My youngest has autism so is very anxious the man was very gentle and explained everything to him and us as parents. Very happy . Both my kids were happy to see them and we will definitely recommend to everyone.
