Bupa Dental Care Stamford

The team here get to know you as a person, and will support you in an individualised way. I was so frightened going to the dentist and started going to Bupa a few years ago, my husband is a patient here too. We are both patients of Riz. What a guy! Nothing is too much trouble for him, he’s calm, takes his time and compassionate. He always makes me feel at ease (or at least as much as he can). He shows me empathy when I start to panic during treatment and I even sat through an extraction with minimal fuss. If anyone is looking for a gentle and kind dentist, I couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you to Mel and Agnes who are always there for me to hold their hand and have a wobble with, even checking in on me via telephone when I have been unwell - that is 100% outstanding patient care. The reception team are fab as well and will do their best to accommodate you as much as possible. I used to go in to the dentist shaking and nearly in tears, I now go in calm, and have a little laugh with the team at Bupa in Stamford - what a difference. Thank you for always looking after my teeth and my wellbeing. You are all amazing. Xx

Very attentive staff after explaining my dilemma with looking to have a new tooth put in. Explained all options with care giving me a calming feeling towards dentistry. Very new modernised premises which felt much warmer than previous. Well done and thanks.

On arrival for my emergency appointment was greeted by really friendly reception. Was seen very quickly following the loss of my front crown. Dentist was really professional and made me feel at ease. Crown fixed. Came out smiling again. Thankyou all so much!! x

Warm and friendly staff. From receptionists, to hygienists to the dentists themselves. Very clean. Great that I can get appointments on Saturdays. Car park a bit on the small side. I park in the retail park and walk up.

The best service I have ever had at a dentist. Always managed to find me an appointment when I’ve had problems. I’m so pleased with the dental work I have received. Visited Hannah, dental hygienist. Appointment on time, and carried out efficiently and comfortably. Hannah was very pleasant. She gave good explanation and advice for future care.

Couldn’t fault Bupa Dental care. Always regular appointments for myself and my children and never had any issues with being seen out side of these regular appointments. Recently my daughter has been having issues with a tooth and we’ve always been seen on the same day and treat with the most caring and compassionate care. Amazing team and services!
