First Impressions

Tuesday my partner lost her bottom dentures, didn't know what to do as she had no dentist.we contacted first impressions and spoke to Dave, the owner, what a brilliant guy. He told us if we could get down b4 8.30 pm he could take a first impression, which we did. We went back wednesday am for a second impression. We went back Wednesday evening and the dentures were ready, never known service like this before. Dave is a perfectionist, and is not satisfied until client and himself are happy .He is an absolute gentleman and professional who went above and beyond.I cannot recommend first impressions highly enough. I would highly recommend this place. David is so good at what does. I never thought I'd smile with confidence again, but after a few visits and a lot of patience from David, I'm back to normal. I can't thank David, Sara, his wife, and the staff enough. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in , and if you have any doubts just talk them over with him , he will put your mind at rest and explain everything you need to know. David, saved my smile! I lost my front tooth over Xmas, I was seen Friday 8th Jan at 4.30 pm and by 6pm I had a new tooth on my denture fitted! He was very knowledgeable, honest and definitely loves what he does. Thank you David, if I could give you 10 stars I would!

following a disasterous fitting from a stockport dental clinic and with the understanding and being convinced by them, that a denture could only be secured with the help of a strong sealant such as polygrip. I decided to search on line and found , ' First Impressions' in Stalybridge. I telephoned' and was so impressed with Sarah's enthusiasm, that I fixed an appointment to meet David Potter. What followed was two excellent appointments with David and then a final fitting. The plate fitted perfectly and without my knowledge David had fitted and extra tooth, at no extra expense. It was a joy to be attended to by David with his friendly nature, professionalism and expertise, I have now had the plate for three weeks, it's great to feel the plate, click smoothly into place, no polygrip needed. It has restored my confidence and I feel at ease when meeting up with friends and family. Five stars out of five for me thank you both regards, John.

My denture broke and after it coming back wrong I went to First Impressions Dental lab to meet David the owner, As soon as he seen my denture he knew what the issue was , He took another impression just to be sure, and I went again the next day and he had the wax ones ready for me to try and they was perfect, so my denture was then made and I collected them today and I am over the moon, Hes passionate and professional about his work and he cares, I havent stopped smiling all day, Thank you so much for everything David and getting my sniile back on my face in time for christmas, I honestly cannot thank you enough , I hope you have a lovely christnas with your family and you have made me a so happy as until I went here , I litterly cried buckets, but not anymore , my teeth are perfect and its all down to you , so once again Thank you so so much , I would definitely recommed First Impressions to anyone , In fact my mum is going to come in the new year hes amazing .
