Wraysbury Dental Practice

I have nothing but praise for this dentist and staff having recently visited with our teenage daugher, three times for 4 teeth to be extracted. The dentist is very calm and professional and explains exactly what he will do, he will not proceed unless the patient is completly ready. The amazing nurse was fantastic: kind and had just the right amount of compassion and treated our daugher so beautifully, and the front of house ladies, are polite and professional both in house and on the phone. Five star treatment and would highly recommend, Thank you for taking such care for our daughter.

I have been attending this practice for a few years. The dentist is very good indeed. It is a pity the front of house staff don't measure up. I would give them no stars. I had an emergency and rang the relevant numbers on the website, one of which was unobtainable and the other was an answer machine. I struggled for three days over the weekend with a broken crown and huge discomfort and telephoned on a Monday morning for an emergency appointment. Following a description of the problem I was informed very curtly and incredibly rudely by whoever answered the phone that I had not attended in two years! I was offered an appointment in another two days! I guess this was supposed to be my punishment. I am over being spoken to in this manner and being judged by someone who needs to learn the basics in social skills. Goodbye! I have found a new dentist.

All ways had a good service and is very patient with nervous people explaining everything along the way
