The dentist I am registered with is ill, and I needed a filling quite urgently. From the moment I first called, Pure Dental Solutions were so helpful and knowledgeable. I can hardly believe that within two hours of calling, I had my filling done to a very high standard. Thank you so much to all of you who made me feel welcome and cared for. A really excellent Practice - I won't fail to recommend you in future.
Very happy with the treatment I have had at this practice. A detailed treatment plan was provided and explained before any work was done. Teddy and all her team are professional, knowledgeable and caring which is very reassuring when having some extensive work done. I would highly recommend this practice.
I would definitely recommend pure dental solutions. Especially if you are nervous of the dentist everyone is so friendly and puts you at ease . The surgery is lovely and relaxing and doesn't feel like a scary dentist its very homely. Teddy is very gentle ,positive and reassuring and made me feel relaxed about my treatment. The receptionists are extremely helpful and friendly and the dentist offers a monthly scheme which they explain well and is a good value scheme.
Cannot rate Pure Dental Solutions highly enough. I have been coming for many years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and make you feel very relaxed (something you definitely need when you're going to the dentist!).
I called on the off chance for a cancellation I wasnt successful at first but Julia was more than helpful. I called again the following day and got an appointment. She was very clear about cost, extremely helpful and kind and really good she remembered me and my situation. Would definitely recommend.
