Cancelled my son's last 3 orthodontist appointments, each time claiming the dentist has called in sick, the falsity is ridiculous!! Given up with them, I can't keep rearranging my shifts at work etc, for the appointments to keep being cancelled on the day.
Absolutely brilliant dental practice! Brilliant with me and my 2 year old son, made me feel at ease and comfortable as much as possible even with a toddler. Very kind and nice people. Very welcoming, we’re very thankful we are registered with this practice. Thank you very much!
I am very satisfied with the service provided by Castle field dental practice.All the staff are professional but at the same time treat people as individuals. They show empathy when necessary and provide person centred care. They are approachable and provide urgent assistance when necessary. I have been a patient at the practice for several years and wouldn’t move to another practice. I have just been reviewed by the dentist and hygienist as usual the service provided was excellent. Moving to the new surgery has added to the experience easy parking and the accommodation enhances the experience.once again thank you to all the staff.
Another super efficient appointment for me and my son. The team managed to juggle our appointments so that a treatment could be done at the same time without any disruption to other patients and meant we didn't need to return until our next check up. Great flexibility and consideration. Thank you.
