Bupa Dental Care St Andrews

Happily moved from another Private Practice, whose only interest latterly seemed to be money. Bupa practice is always orientated to identifying and fixing my problems, for a reasonable monthly payment.

Dentist had total lack of empathy or understanding to someone who is nervous and autistic. I was told and I quote "there was an autistic child in here before and they didn't behave as badly as you" Showed her my letter proving I was on UC to which her reply was and I quote "What are you showing me that for, I'm not an accountant" There is also an A4 piece of paper on the wall with NHS charges. NHS patients on UC are entitled to FREE dentistry. Be aware of this before getting any treatment done

Excellent service from all staff. I've attended this practice for a number of years and have always found all staff supportive and very professional. Highly recommended.

Staff are always so friendly and put you at ease

I highly recommend Michael. I am really nervous at the dentist because if past experience and was apprehensive before today’s treatment. He explained everything to me and it was over before I knew it. Extra star given because the dental nurse is a total joy, she was singing away to Aha tunes on radio helped to ease my nerves
