From the initial contact following a recommendation from my normal nhs dentist, to completing treatment, the process was faultless. Due to a failed route canal treatment I was referred to this practice from my dentist. He assured me they are the best around for the treatment which I required. He was right! Very easy to arrange a booking, very helpful reception staff and a very highly skilled dentist plus her assistant. Procedure was very well planned out, both dentist’s knew exactly what was required and you could tell that they are very familiar with working together! The skill and speed of the procedure was very impressive! If you are booked in to this practice for any upcoming/future treatments then you have nothing to worry about! Very impressive service and highly recommend!

I can’t paise this practice enough. I used them previously a couple of years ago and my NHS dentist referred me again as they couldn’t find what was wrong with my tooth. My initial consultation was with Dr Dani Mancuso who was extremely knowledgeable and approachable. She could see how much pain I was in and was very supportive. She did the scan and found the issue and recommended a root canal treatment which they did on the same day due to the amount of pain I was in. Dr Vanderley did the root canal successfully. He was very kind and accommodating as I am a very nervous patient. He talked me through everything and I had complete trust that he knew what he was doing. The whole team was very professional and welcoming. Thanks so much for your expertise and kindness and for taking my pain away.

I can not praise Dani and her assistant enough. They put me at ease as I was very nervous. They checked I was okay throughout the root canal treatment. I appreciated having a stress ball to hold/squeeze! I have had no problems at all post treatment. The reception staff were also very supportive of my situation and helped me to secure an appointment. Root canal with these guys was a piece of cake! A very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable team. During the treatment, I felt completely confident that I was in the right hands, they clearly know what they’re doing. I may have been lucky, but my treatment only took around 45 minutes, which felt incredibly efficient. Best of all, I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort at all.

Absolutely flawless experience this morning having a Root Canal. The process was quick, simple and completely painless. I was booked in quickly around my schedule and the treatment took an hour from walking in to leaving. The team were friendly and made me feel at ease about the process, explaining what would take place and the reasons why. This was particularly helpful for me as someone who has a Neurodivergent condition and often struggles to understand what is happening without visuals. For anyone who is apprehensive about having this procedure I can say that there is no need and having had a root canal in the past somewhere else this was by far a step above the rest, I would recommend to anyone!
