No word of a lie, this surgery has helped me so much with my dental anxiety. Over the years I have had fillings, Invisalign, and most recently a root canal. Despite my fears, they were always incredible at making me feel at ease, comfortable, and keeping me pain free. Neale and his team have a phenomenal practice here. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are a nervous patient, please don't hesitate any more. They will look after you and ensure you have first class care. Everyone on the team from the receptionists to the hygienists and nurses and dentists here want to make sure you have the best service and the best care.

We’ve been with Neale as our family dentist for over 40 years, and the care and dedication he shows never fail to impress us. He is not only exceptionally skilled and professional, but also genuinely caring and always goes above and beyond for his patients. A recent example truly highlights this: our daughter, who is currently at university in St Andrews, Scotland, was struggling with a painful wisdom tooth. Despite the distance, Neale arranged for a prescription to be sent to a local chemist for her to collect—quickly, efficiently, and with such kindness. It made a stressful situation so much easier for her, and for us as parents. This level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. Neale has looked after our family for decades, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients. Absolutely fantastic service

As someone who had a traumatic time in the 1970s at the hands of an old school dentist i can’t recommend Royal Mews dental practice highly enough. Yes I still get very nervous but Neale Fraser is a master at settling those nerves and being willing to give his patients time to be calm …his patience levels are amazing! Mandy too … the hygienist, is funny but also extremely gentle and went to exceptional lengths to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. Frances on reception is happy and helpful and the nurses are all lovely too. Thank you Royal Mews Team… you are all fabulous!

I have been registered with Neil Frazer for about 20 years. He is an excellent dentist and runs a very good practice. He is very patient and compassionate with nervous people. Can completely recomend this dental practice with confidence.

Only rarely does one get the opportunity to be asked to write a review about a truly deserving organisation. The Royal Mews Dental practice is such an opportunity. The manifestly obvious teamwork approach to best practice, is only matched by the superlative levels of professional standards experienced throughout the building. The working ethos of caring, confident excellence is clearly achieved here. I have the pleasure of thanking Amanda, her able assistant, and the reception staff, for another seamless appointment today.
