Genuinely the nicest Dental Practice ever!! The ladies on reception are so friendly and welcoming and our Dentist Jordan Dawood is the nicest man! He’s so kind and thorough, he’s amazing with my son and very reassuring when I’ve had worries. I don’t know her name but his dental nurse is so lovely too! Fantastic experience all round. I had treatment at Parmar Dental many years ago , which was excellent, so I have full confidence for the new treatments I am in need of. Very nice atmosphere, the receptionists are polite and patient. Dr Parmar's assistant Sarah was absolutely lovely, I was very anxious and she made me very cared for , the lovely lady who took my x-ray was kind and helped me relax and Dr Parmar was very professional, he took the time to explain everything to me, he was kind and made me smile. I feel I am in very good hands, and looking forward to my next appointment. A very good experience, thankyou

They are exceptional at explaining procedures in clear, easy‑to‑understand ways, which makes a huge difference and really puts you at ease. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and well looked after, creating a calm, relaxed experience at every visit. The premises are spotless and beautifully maintained, with a clean and relaxing environment that immediately makes you feel confident you’re in great hands. An outstanding dental practice that truly puts patients first.

Pleasant and modern dentist. Very professional and friendly staff, always happy to help with any problem. I have seen my dentist for a few years now , even my children and grandchildren have the same dentist! Very professional, caring and always with good advice. My hygienist is very passionate about her job, also with great advice too. Going to look into composite bonding soon.

I cannot recommend Nilesh enough! He explains the different options available to resolve any issues with my teeth really clearly and is totally honest about what needs to be done - he won't recommend an expensive treatment if it's not going to be the most effective. I first went to him because my previous dentist told me I would need implants but Nilesh was able to suggest other solutions. He is always looking for ways to improve his practice too. I've lost count of the times he's told me he's tried a new product or approach for cleaning/polishing my teeth because he thinks it will have better results or give more protection against future staining. He is dedicated, skilful and innovative, with the best interests of his patients always at the forefront of everything he does.

Yesterday my wisdom tooth decided to audition for "Most Dramatic Tooth of the Year" and I urgently needed backup. Enter Nita — calm, collected, and clearly not intimidated by diva molars. What started as throbbing, sleep-stealing, why-do-I-even-have-wisdom-teeth pain turned into sweet, sweet relief in no time. Nita was reassuring, gentle, and impressively unfazed by my obvious betrayal by my own mouth. She explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and somehow made an emergency appointment feel almost… enjoyable? (As enjoyable as someone hovering over you with dental tools can be.) And a special shoutout to Jordan, who provided moral support (and top-tier practical support too!) throughout. Calm, kind, and reassuring — exactly what you need when you’re questioning all your life choices from a dental chair. If your teeth ever stage a rebellion, Nita is exactly who you want leading the counterattack. 10/10 would trust her with my dramatic wisdom tooth again.

I have been going to Parmar Dentals for about 17 years maybe? I always find the reception, nurses and dentists to be kind and considerate. The treatments I have received have been excellent. My daughter sometimes struggles at the dentist and they are nothing but patient with her. Great service.
