Waterside Dental Practice

After an awful experience at another dentist, this practice has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every member of the team has treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism, and they’ve gone above and beyond to help me feel safe and comfortable again. My dentist, Andreas, has been incredibly understanding and generous with my treatment plan so far, and I honestly cannot thank him enough for the care and patience he’s shown. Not to mention the level of skill he has! Everything has been explained clearly, I’ve never felt rushed, and for the first time in a long time I actually feel at ease attending dental appointments. The whole team truly cares about their patients, and it shows in everything they do. I’m so grateful I found this practice and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who feel anxious after bad past experiences. Thank you all so much!

So far this practise has offered nothing but exceptional service and I'm extremely impressed with the experience and care they have shown my daughter who has complex dental issues. Im so pleased I didnt use the NHS for my daughters orthodontic treatment as the treatment plan Waterside has offered suits my daughters needs far better than what was being offered on the NHS and will be worth every penny. Sara, Kelsey, the lovely and kind dental assistants and efficient reception desk staff are making this experience a very pleasant one. Please keep up the good work, service of this kind is rare. A first class experience at Waterside Dental Practice for a root canal filling. Nikos and his staff were extremely pleasant and professional from start to finish - everything was explained clearly and thoroughly and my comfort/well-being were the utmost priority. Dr. Andreas did a good job. He worked within my means and put me at ease as I'm not a frequent visitor to the dentist's. He has radically improved my smile and we have another appointment in a few weeks to check how I'm feeling after the procedure. Thank you! I hope to continue working with him. I recommend this clinic. The clinic is quite a way from town but is 100% worth all the travel to get there.

Had my hygiene appointment today with the lovely Justine and her nurse Anjuli. Justine used a machine called the EMS for my clean. It was so much nicer than the normal scale and polish. The machine uses warm water, so it was alot better on my sensitive teeth. Anjuli done a great job using the suction, so I didn't feel like there was a lot of water in my mouth. I would highly recommend going to see Justine at the Waterside Dental Practice 😊

Excellent review of next steps. Very clearly explained - it really helped to have the reasoning explained so that I understood the decisions made. Nicos was very friendly and suggested steps which were necessary, and why. I felt very reassured by his professional and helpful discussion.

A welcoming clinic with a happy atmosphere. Have always had professional and effective treatment ranging from hygienist appointments, routine inspections, root canal and crowns. Very glad to have signed up to Dr Nikos Louskos and his team.
