I recently finished my braces treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the whole team have been amazing. They were professional, welcoming, and always happy to answer any questions I had. The price was very fair for the level of care and attention I received, and the end result has exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone at the practice — I’m really happy with my new smile and would highly recommend them to anyone considering braces or dental treatment.

I’ve had many positive experiences with Smilemakers having been a patient since I was a child (before they even moved to Bursledon!) and I cannot fault Jason at all, he is brilliant. However, recently I’ve had all 3 of my children’s check ups cancelled (I book them all in at the same time to save multiple trips) weeks and weeks in advance (I don’t know what causes this - staff leaving perhaps?) and I’ve now had an hour long filling appointment that I have already paid half of cancelled for 3 weeks time. It would be nice if there was a courtesy call to explain it has been cancelled and offer you the opportunity to rebook with them straight away on the phone.

My dental practice from West End has recently moved here, and I visited for the first time last week. As always I was completely happy with the friendly staff and the excellent treatment I received. However, I really didn't like the waiting room where the TV was showing dental procedures. I understand the practice wants to sell its products, but I don't think having to sit watching dental work being carried out is the most appropriate thing when patients may already feel quite anxious about their visit.

Anna is a absolutly fantastic. Myself and my daughter have received the best treatment ever. Also her mannerism is so lovely. She actully made my teenage daughter to look forward to go to the dentist. .nurse cheisie is also wonderful. A massive thanks to both of them.. ( sorry it taken so long to leave feedback. )

Before I had Saddiq and Ashty as my dental team i was very very nervous about having any work done on my teeth. It was due to having a bad extraction years ago which i never really got over. They have both made me feel so welcome and relaxed so much so that I actually almost enjoy going there now. 😊 And I have had about 3 subsequent extractions with them and although im still nervous they manage to always make me feel relaxed, at ease and less nervous. They have really changed the way I feel about having my dental appt now, so thankyou for that.

Today I had a big filling done and I can truly say what an amazing experience I had the staff were friendly and the dentist was informative and friendly! The whole experience was very relaxing and a couple of times I nearly went to sleep didn't feel any pain and the new plastic they put across your teeth sealed the rest of the mouth and stopped water and old filling going to the back of your throat... Totally amazing smilemarkers ...

Go here if you have any gum issues. I just can’t find one single fault at all with Dr Ed Hook and Nurse Clarrisa (Sorry if I’ve spelt incorrectly it’s the handwriting 😄). The before and after pics of my teeth and gums after 3 weeks is insane, and the recovery went perfect. Both Dr Ed and Clarrisa are really great 10/10, the receptionists are great 10/10 & the building is modern and a nice place to be. I hope they will have me as a patient for as long as possible. 🤞🏼
