Diamante Teeth Whitening

We are awaiting a refund from Diamanté Teeth Whitening. We booked two treatments with them which we had to ask to be rescheduled. We did this in writing and received a reply to say that we could reschedule. When I contacted Diamanté, I didn’t receive a reply. I called and left a message message and then sent a further email. We were told that to re-schedule our treatment, it would cost us £60.00. We were also told that we would be charged £55.00 each because despite our informing them that we needed to reschedule, they had still come to our house and they used this to try to justify charging us £110.00. I would not recommend this company.

Zenia is the most sweetest lady. She came to do mine and my partner's teeth today. From initial enquiry through to final result today, she was absolutely brilliant. Was incredibly helpful with my enquiries prior to booking and today for the appointment she was so kind and professional, each step of the process was clearly explained and the results for us were fantastic. Very friendly - we had a good old chat about Peru, dogs, and life in general - making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend and will be using again

I had my teeth brightened today. I absolutely love the difference. My teeth were quite yellow through ages food caffeine etc with just one appointment and application my teeth are white. The lady who came to my house was so lovely and made me relaxed through the whole process. I completely recommend this company for teeth whitening at a very competitive price. You really cannot go wrong.

Zenia came to my house for the treatment and she was extremely professional throughout the whole process. She made me feel very comfortable and told me step by step what she was going to do at each stage. Zenia was reassuring and made sure I was always okay throughout the treatment. Zenia was lovely, kept talking to me the whole time I had my mouth full with the gum shield which made the time go a lot quicker ! My teeth whitened 16 shades. Would definitely recommend.
