Honestly this practice is second to none. Had a filling today which I was very nervous about as it's been atleast 30 years. To my great surprise, the procedure was performed incredibly gentle and to the utmost professionalism. The entire team at Bridgeway is hands down, THE BEST. Client for life!

I can’t praise Bridgeways dental practice and Dr Carnall enough. As a patient with complex needs and a medical professional myself, I came in with significant anxiety due to previous traumatic experiences with multiple dentists. From the very beginning, I felt genuinely heard, understood, and exceptionally well cared for. Every concern I had was addressed with patience and professionalism, and the results of my composite bonding have been truly life changing. Thank you to the whole team for such outstanding care. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I went to Bridgeways recently and had three fillings done. I met the lovely Casey and after some real concerns with other dentists I had seen in the UK she has really restored my faith in dentists in this country. She made me feel at ease, discussed my options in details and the work performed was thorough and to a very a good standard. I have now signed up to the surgery as a patient and won’t be going anywhere else. If you need work done or are nervous of the dentist you cannot go wrong with Bridgeways. Adam

I visited this clinic hoping to finally move forward with dental implants, as I’m exhausted from dealing with dentures and extremely anxious about my smile. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling worse, not better. From the moment I spoke with the owner, I didn’t feel at ease. Instead of listening to my concerns or helping me understand my options, he immediately implied that implants would be not for me without any in depth examination and despite knowing absolutely nothing about me, my circumstances, or my budget. I was genuinely shocked. It felt like he made assumptions based purely on who knows what? When you’re already self‑conscious about your smile, you expect compassion, professionalism, and reassurance. I didn’t receive any of that here. I left feeling judged, dismissed, and completely unheard. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone looking for respectful, patient‑centred care. Managed to find a practise who actually care and understand what i wanted.

Thank you so much to Casey and the whole team at Bridgeways! I recently finished a course of Invisalign, whitening and composite binding and am blown away with the results! The whole process was so efficient from start to finish, which is extra impressive as I work away a lot and am only in the UK for very brief periods. Casey and the team went out of their way to make it all work around my schedule, she even saw me 3 times in a week once in order to get everything sorted for me! The finished result is amazing and I’m so excited to have a shiny new smile! I’ll be continuing my dental treatment at Bridgeways moving forwards, can’t imagine going anywhere else!

As a parent, I couldn’t be happier with the results of my son’s teeth after getting his braces off. The transformation is amazing — his smile looks so straight, healthy, and natural. More than anything, it’s the boost in his confidence that really stands out. He’s smiling all the time now, and you can just see how proud he feels. It’s been such a worthwhile journey, and we’re absolutely delighted with how everything turned out. Thank you as well for always being so polite and really professional throughout the whole process — it made a big difference and was truly appreciated.

I've been a bridgeways patient for a few years and have had Invisalign, subtle bonding, whitening and general check ups with them - all treatments have been great and I'm very happy with the results. Can't recommend them highly enough and you feel that you are in good hands!
