Mayfield Dental

My experience with Mayfield dental was excellent. I chipped my front tooth early hours of the morning, woke up with complete panic as I was flying out to India for a wedding that very morning. I called the practice at 5am and was so shocked that Dr Deepali answered. She went above and beyond and agreed to open up early (6:45am) to help me resolve this problem leaving me enough time to get on my flight. I could not believe how kind, flexible and considerate she was to my needs. She did an outstanding job on repairing the tooth with bonding. I was so expressed I have decided to change dentists. Excellent service. I even moved my whole family to this practice as I am so impressed with the service. You will not be disappointed .

I first went to Mayfield Dental as I was trying to find a local dentist. Dr Deepali was so welcoming from the first appointment. She has recommended more regular cleaning of my teeth which she does herself. She is always courteous and kind and her team are really lovely and professional. I am so impressed by the practice I now take my young son there and I am sure we will be seeing Dr Deepali for many years to come. There is no one else I would trust with my and my family’s dental health as much as I do with her.

I had such a positive experience with Deepali and Mayfield Dental. Deepali is incredibly professional, friendly and reassuring. During my last appointment, she took the time to explain everything clearly and checked in regularly to make I was doing okay during a procedure. I felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Our journey with my mum started on the Easter Bank holiday. Looking for an emergency dentist and luckily came across Mayfield Dentistry and Dr Deepali. My mum who is 80 had broken her plate and two front crowns. Arranged a visit the following day after a lengthy conversation regarding my mum’s recent journey through bowel cancer and other health issues. From day one Dr Deepali has shown great care and kindness through such a difficult time especially for my mum. Fast forward 4 weeks and mum has had a tooth extraction, two fillings and a new front plate fitted. Just seeing that smile back for mum was so lovely. All thanks to Dr Deepali and her wonderful team. Wow! Such an amazing Dentist. We were due to leave to go the airport at 10:30am and my son had a infection in his wisdom tooth, we made an emergency appointment the day before, we were seen at 7:20am, had x-rays & the infection was confirmed, we were given antibiotics, we left on time and although my son had a high fever for 2 days, he was able to enjoy the rest of our holiday, without this emergency appointment my son would have not been able to go or been in a foreign A&E department. We were worried about his fever at one point, but we called the dentist who made us feel at ease. We cant rate this dentist enough, such a positive experience. If you have an emergency don't hesitate to call them, there are they to help you. Saved our holiday!!!

I decided to see Deepali after reading all the amazing reviews before the new year and I wasn't disappointed. She was gentle and thorough during the cleaning and gave me tips on improving my oral hygiene, which I've applied daily ever since. I highly recommend this dental practice and I'll be going back for regular appointments from now on. 10/10
