Virginia and all of the team at Orthodontic Excellence always provide an outstanding customer service. I am very impressed with my treatment as it has made a significant improvement to my teeth. Everyone at the practice works so well as a team and this ensures that everything runs so smoothly. I was very nervous during my initial appointments when there were lots of questions, scans and photographs. However, all of the staff were patient, knowledgeable and very professional which has put me at ease throughout the whole process. I feel so relaxed and happy in each appointment at the practice. The Invisalign clear aligners are expensive but well worth the money in my opinion. The aligners are a robust product, easy to use and have made a massive improvement. It has brought a big smile back on my face and given a huge boost to my confidence. I am extremely grateful to you all. Thank you so much for all your marvellous help and support. It is very much appreciated.

I’ve just finished my treatment with Virginia and her team, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first appointment, everything was clear, honest, and reassuring — no confusion, just straightforward advice and realistic expectations. The whole experience felt professional yet personal. I went to Australia for 3 months and I could still continue my Spark treatment. They clearly know their stuff, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. What really stood out was how supported I felt throughout. A big thank you to Virginia and the team. Im currently undergoing fixed brace treatment with this practice, and overall my experience has been positive. My orthodontist, Dr Virginia, is highly experienced, efficient and very friendly. However, I have had some issues with members of the reception team. Previously, I was often assisted by a staff member called Nicky, who repeatedly got my name wrong. Each time I corrected her, she would respond with a blank stare rather than apologising or making an effort to correct it. There were also instances where my appointments were mixed up, and on one occasion she told me I needed to pay for a treatment I hadn’t received, as I had only attended for a routine checkup. Unfortunately, she did not apologise for this mistake. More recently, I called the practice to confirm my next appointment and spoke with Leanne. During the call, she couldn’t hear me and hung up almost immediately. When I called back and reached her again, I mentioned that the call had been disconnected, but she explained she couldn’t hear me and referred to a "30-second rule," which I had never heard of before. I found this so bizzare. She also got my name wrong, and when I corrected her, there was just silence. I understand these may seem like small issues, but repeated experiences like this can become quite frustrating. That said, my orthodontist continues to provide excellent care

I have had my brace treatment done at Orthodontic Excellence, Jane saw me from start to beginning and my treatment was extremely good and a very pleasant experience- her and her nurse paige were very professional and answered any questions i had. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
