Absolutely fantastic and professional service from start to finish. The receptionists, Anti, Dimitri, and Mona, were all welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful, which instantly put me at ease. A special mention to Dr Dimitri, what a skilled professional. He handled my first tooth removal with great care and confidence, making the whole experience far less stressful than I expected. I couldn’t be happier with my local dental practice and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care and professionalism.

Great practice. Dr Parekh was super friendly and attentive. Had some fillings done and it was super quick and painless, with Dr Parekh and Vanessa checking in along the way and giving me a chance to rest my jaw (which I have done problems with). Great practice, and happy to have them so close to home.

I had to have a root canal at complete dental & I just wanted to say thank you to Harps and Vanessa. Felt very professional, explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Just sound advice and getting what I needed done. I also want to mention their teamwork, harps was about to ask for something for example and Vanessa was already ready with what was required which shows a good sense of awareness, knowledge and intrest in the job. 5***** definitely recommend. Keerthi Nipin was absolutely wonderful, exceptional, professional, and provided such gentle care during my scale and polish. Even as a nervous patient, I felt totally at ease throughout the treatment. By the end, my teeth looked and felt fantastic, almost like I had a brand-new set of teeth! I couldn't recommend her more.

Harpal is a very knowledgeable dentist and very approachable and friendly individual. Not only you get the best treatment from him. He takes time to explain what he is doing and talk about the benefits/risks of the treatment. I have recommended my whole family to Harpal. One of the best in the Midlands! The overall experience has been positive for me and my family.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental practice. Despite mentioning that I am pregnant and in a lot of pain, I had to wait a long time to be seen. The dentist seemed clueless and was not at all helpful in addressing my concerns. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay a deposit for my next appointment, which I found incredibly unprofessional, especially since my treatment is fully covered by the NHS due to my pregnancy. The receptionist was equally clueless and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this practice to anyone.

My husband and I flew from the USA specifically to seek treatment from Dr. Harpal Bamrah, and it was absolutely worth the journey. Dr. Bamrah is truly one in a million — thoughtful, caring, and exceptionally talented in his craft. I was in severe pain from a failed root canal done decades ago by another dentist, but Dr. Bamrah performed a second root canal and fitted a crown with remarkable precision and ease. This was no simple task — many had said it was impossible to redo — yet Dr. Bhamrah took the extra initiative and not only achieved a perfect result but made the entire experience seamless and pain-free, thanks to his skill and calm professionalism. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Bamrah and his wonderful team, who made the process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend him — book with confidence!
