Would give a zero rating if possible. Went to the practice with my daughter as we were referred there by our dentist. Waited over 40mins. We were then seen by Farhana Alam. She is probably the most rudest, unprofessional, uncaring person i have ever met. She called me into a separate room so she could talk to me very rudely. She told me we were wasting her time and that i should go back to where i came from. I told her I was unaware that we had to bring a copy of my daughters xray with us and she responded with "thats not my problem".There was no excuse for her behaviour and I would definitely not recommend this practice to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The practice has many issues but the biggest problem i encountered was Farhana Alam. I will be taking this further as this behaviour is not acceptable.
If i could give this zero stars I would. I have been waiting months for this appointment coming all the way from west london. My sister has braces and is supposed to get them tightened at this appointment. We go into the dental room and the dentist Farhana was disgustingly rude and has no class. She asked me if I was her parent and I said "no I am her 20 year old sister and legal guardian" and she proceeded to rudely say that she needed a parent present… I called my mum on the phone so that Farhana can just inform her about this, she then told me to end the call, go sit down or leave the room completely As she "couldn’t focus". She spoke to me like a child with full attitude. Then she refused to see my sister and asked me to reschedule this appointment to a whole other day (closest next appointment is in couple months from now). I’m very angry, there is no customer service experience with the staff. Studying 6 years for dentistry just to treat your patients like this…? Absurd. first and last time booking an appointment with Farhana. No class whatsoever. We had to commute all the way back to west london and rebook for the closes appointment which is 2 months from now..?!!! This will long out her braces treatment too and potentially damage her teeth all because of rude staff.
My experience with Dr Tailor at the practice has been Excellent in every way. Been to several other practices before finding this one, and would highly recommend the practice based on the treatment I’ve received over the last several months! 5 Stars in every way.
Just witnessed my husband having a phone conversation with one of the staff members all I can mention is there behaviour was really unprofessional , rude , arrogant from the head nurse to the receptionist very unprofessional in terms of customers service. Zero interest in patient care. Alot if neglecte to our situation.gas lighting behaviour no manners towards customers really disgusting attitude. I can not stress enough about my situation and how it was handled especially when dealing with a child. a kind request to all parents and patient please stay away from this orthodontist as you well not leave happy but really confused and upset , downgraded. Plz stay away to avoid any disappointment....
Please avoid this place. Only had one appointment and was just a sales pitch. No empathy or consideration for patients. Avoid Farhana and save your money and go elsewhere.
AMAZING! I have been their patient for almost 4 years. I am really happy with their services. A couple of days ago I was having a problem and I did email them explaining my needs and their response was quick and efficient. I had my brace done through the NHS and they were very professional. I was so shy to laugh or to make pictures. After the treatment I gain a lot of confidence 🤯🙏🏼 Today I came to fix my retainers and the staff was really friendly. As I am a well-known person in Slough I bring a couple of people to this Dental Clinic and I will continue as they are the best! 🏆🏆🏆 Do not read all these bad reviews that people leave regarding their lateness. As a business owner, I do take deposits and if my client is late more than 10 min no refund and no appointment. WELL DONE AND KEEP IT UP THE GOOD WORK 😍😍🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
If it were possible to give a zero-star rating, I would. In fact, based on our experience today, the rating should be in the minus figures. Very disappointed with our experience today. My 16-year-old daughter attended her appointment accompanied by her 20-year-old sister and was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner by members of staff. The receptionist, Sabia, made inappropriate comments about me to my older daughter, stating that I was "the fussy one" because I had requested appointments around my daughter's GCSE mock exams and actual GCSEs. As a parent, I was simply trying to arrange appointments around important school commitments. Such comments are disrespectful, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. My daughter was also asked, "Where's your mum?" despite being accompanied by her adult sister. The therapist, Fatima, then told my daughter that her teeth were "bad" and that her braces may need to be removed. This was extremely upsetting, particularly as we have never been informed of any concerns throughout two years of treatment and regular check-ups. The overall impression was that my daughters were treated differently because I was not present. Both left feeling upset, uncomfortable, and disrespected. I strongly suggest that new reception staff are employed, as the current staff appear to lack basic customer service, professionalism, and communication skills. Patients and their families should be treated with courtesy and respect at all times, regardless of who attends an appointment.
