Yesterday’s hospital visit was honestly the best experience I have ever received in my life. If I had to score them, I would give them 100/100. From the reception staff to the nurses and doctors, everyone was exceptionally kind, professional, caring, and attentive. They made us feel welcomed, listened to every concern with patience, and explained everything clearly. The level of support, respect, and compassion shown throughout the visit was outstanding. We left the hospital feeling well cared for, encouraged, and truly grateful for such an excellent experience.

Very considerate, professional and caring dentist and hygienist. Great at putting a nervous visitor at ease and genuinely care about your dental health. Easily one of the best dentists in the area and will never go anywhere else. The entire team is great. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend the London Road Dental Practice. Am always treated really well when I go, the staff are excellent. For anyone that is nervous they make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Will be using this practice for a long time to come.

Had a hygienist appt with Bessie and her assistant Grace. Lovely ladies, quick and easy appointment, made me feel comfortable and well informed. Reception staff are helpful and friendly too…. Can’t ask for much more. Thanks!!

5* Dental Practice. I would highly recommend the Excellent patient care team. They are always polite, caring and helpful to ensure the patient’s receive the best treatments to meet their needs. Today I telephoned to make an emergency appointment , the kind receptionist booked me an appointment within hours. I received 1st class treatment by Richard and his team.

I am possibly one of the most phobic patients to walk into a dental surgery. I was struggling just to open the door to my first appointment, but I am so glad I did. Nellie was an absolute angel, as was her lovely nurse. They put me at ease immediately and talked me through all my treatment options. I even had some x-rays taken! If I had known that there are some wonderful dentists in the world, I wouldn't have been so terrified. Really looking forward to my next appointment, and that's something I never thought I would ever say!!

I cannot thank the team enough for their incredible service. I had a severe dental emergency and they managed to see me a hour after calling. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease. Thank you so much
