Such a friendly and efficient practice Appointments are always on time and both the Hygienist and the Dentist are caring ensuring your discomfort is at a minimum and your anxiety is recognised. I would definitely not want to go anywhere else.

I was originally going to leave a 5 star positive review after being referred here by my own dentist for xrays needed before a wisdom tooth extraction. However, they have since refused to write me out a written receipt that I needed in order to claim money back from my health insurance. I'd already had the appointment which was for an xray and paid the crippling private fee of £85. When my health insurance requested a more detailed receipt, I went back to the practice and was told no! Apparently they only give these out on the day of treatment (they didn't on the day I had my xrays done) and won't back date the receipt for me. That's customer service right there!

Call today to let Hilton dentistry Sittingbourne know that my son was feeling a little nervous about his tooth extraction.The receptionist told me she would let the dentist know. I thought they would let them know and they would be aware of this for his appointment. I then got a call to tell me that they had referred my son to another dentist and refused to treat him,the receptionist was incredibly rude and disrespectful and told me that I said to her I didn't want him to be treated by that particular dentist, she had completely twisted my words, I had not said this at all. I will be looking for another dentist to treat my children with respect and empathy and not just as a number. I would not recommend this dentist surgery to anyone

Need a quick emergency appointment and tooth extraction. They surgery managed to fit me in the same day for and examination and then carried out the procedure the next day. First class treatment was provided all the way through and the dentist was very skilled and knowledgeable. Massive thanks to the staff and Dr. Wages. I Will be staying with this surgery from here on out. 5 stars.

For five years my canine was repeatedly patched with fillings instead of properly completing a root canal. During those years I suffered multiple infections and abscesses because the nerve was never successfully removed. I kept returning with pain and complications, yet the problem was never properly resolved. I ultimately lost my canine after years of repeated temporary treatments and delayed definitive care at this clinic. I believe that earlier and properly completed root canal treatment may have prevented this outcome. Only after the dentist changed within the same clinic was the nerve finally extracted,after 5 years. By that time, the damage was already done. The tooth was severely compromised and I ultimately lost my canine. At no point did anyone acknowledge that earlier failure to treat the root canal properly may have contributed to this outcome. When the root was recently extracted, the procedure felt careless. While I was extremely stressed in the chair, staff were openly talking about their lunch break and playing loud music. After the extraction, I told the dentist I no longer have a proper chewing side One of the fillings placed has almost worn away and I can’t properly chew anymore and this affects my daily life. There was no discussion about urgent follow-up appointments, no clear long-term plan, and no proper explanation about dentures or future options. I just felt rushed out rather than cared for. Over the years, I feel that more teeth were lost than saved under this clinic’s care. Repeated temporary fixes and delayed definitive treatment led to worsening infections and eventual extractions. As a patient, I trusted that my teeth would be preserved wherever possible, but the outcome has been the opposite. As an NHS patient, I felt dismissed, unheard, and not treated with the level of professionalism and accountability that every patient deserves.

One of the worst NHS dentist I have ever been to! They book appointments for you and don't let you know, then penalise you for missing appointments always threatening to take you off their books. I have just put in a complaint to the nhs ombudsman, something needs to be done about these terrible dentists! They just want you to go private so they can get more money! The service provided for NHS patients is completely different to the service provided to private paying patients. Disgraceful. For X-rays NHS patients are given a form to go all the way to Medway hospital to sit and wait for the X-ray OR pay £80 to get it done in the practice privately. This is all about making money and NHS patients don't make this practice money. Reluctant to give prescription even though drained abyss, and then a couple days later the infection is so bad you have to go back and get a prescription. Twice, prescriptions were written wrong and had to go all the way back to get a new prescription. (First time name was written wrong, second time the medication was completely missing). Teeth cleaning is a thing of the past with this NHS practice, even if it's needed, they just tell you to floss even though you have been doing that already. So gums remain bad and bleeding. But always offered to get things done privately whilst there. I can not speak for private patients but for NHS patients, my opinion is not to go to this practice. UPDATE- I have since received a very very rude email from Mr Patel asking for me to remove the above feedback saying it is an 'offensive post' and is 'derogatory remarks'! Mr Patel also demanded an apology! No chance Mr Patel, you need to sort your practice out and provide a decent level of care to NHS patients. I am entitled to give my opinion of your practice based on my first hand experience of the service you provided me and my family. Sending threatening emails and demanding apologies would not make me retract my opinion on your practice and level of service of NHS patients. If you don't want to provide to NHS patients then go fully private! I will be adding your email to my complaint to the nhs ombudsman.
