Sidcup Hill Dental Care

This isn’t my usual dentist I wanted to try somewhere new, but unfortunately I was really disappointed. Firstly, I found the customer service quite poor. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, so I was already feeling nervous, but I didn’t feel very comfortable or reassured during my appointment. The dentist didn’t really speak to me much or give me advice on how to properly take care of my gums and teeth, unlike other dentists I’ve been to before. I also felt quite rushed throughout the appointment, and honestly I don’t feel it was worth the £80 I paid for the hygiene treatment. It’s a shame because I left feeling like the job wasn’t done very well.

Cancelled an appointment in past before 48 hours due to child being very unwell in hospital.. Made another appointment a while later and they said put a deposit down for the next appointment which I then paid for. I rang up on the day of my appointment to ask a question. For them to them to tell me that I didn’t pay a deposit, and that £77 they took out my account was for cancellation last appointment!! (Yes I definitely didn’t attend the appointment that day, no chance) Yet on the website "48 hours or less there will be a fine" but I called way before 48 hours. If you want to get ripped off and money taken off you, sign up to this dentist 👍🏼 Absolute Ptake.

Shocking ! The dentist is always running late, third time waiting for an appointment. Booked for the 1st slot of the day and dentist still hasn’t arrived so I had to leave to go back to work (30 mins late and counting) last time I had to wait 45 mins ! Why take appointment slots early in the morning if the dentist is late everyday to work.

Ruhani is an excellent dental professional – calm, patient, and highly skilled. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude really stands out. I always feel in great hands with her.

The practice itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, it immediately feels comfortable the moment you walk in. The whole team is amazing: friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Every visit feels smooth and well-organized, and they make sure you feel looked after at every step. It’s always a pleasure coming here.

Very disappointed with this practise. Their homepage shows different prices and I was overcharged. Upon complaint I was told that prices on their homepage are "guide" prices only. So ridiculous and unprofessional. I am going to avoid this dentist

The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic was clean and modern, and my treatment was quick and painless. Highly recommend!
