I honestly couldn’t recommend this practice highly enough! I’m currently halfway through my teeth alignment treatment with Petra Papp, and the results already are amazing. Petra has been absolutely fantastic from day one, so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which has made me feel completely confident throughout my journey. The whole team deserves praise. The nurses are warm, friendly, and incredibly professional, and the reception staff go above and beyond every single time. They are always so accommodating and will do everything they can to find appointment times that fit around my schedule, which makes such a difference. Such a welcoming, well-run practice with a real focus on patient care. I’m genuinely so happy I chose to have my treatment here! Highly recommend ⭐

I had an excellent experience at Pontesbury dental practice From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The dentist,Hygienist & dental nurses took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The treatments were carried out with great care and professionalism at all times. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organised, which added to the overall positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

Pontesbury Dental practice is warm and welcoming. The team are always ready to help. Over the years, my family and I have had positive experiences visiting the practice. Also when we have had excruciating pain in the past staff have managed to squeeze us in which we have been truly grateful for. All the staff make the practice the wonderful place it is.

When I first visited Pontesbury Dental Practice I was so nervous and hadn't seen the Dentist for 20 years. Pip and Sarah at reception where so calming and reassuring and once in the surgery I soon felt at ease. All the nurses are fab and Marius has given me back my confidence to smile again!

Lovely little dental practice with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Fern, the dental hygienist, does a fantastic job — my teeth always feel incredibly clean afterwards. The receptionists are also exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience.

Whilst I cannot say I love going to the dentist, Pontesbury Dental is an exception. The warm welcome from the girls in the reception helps to settle your nerves before being called in for your treatment. Marius Ilea’s skills and equipment is second to none. He explains your situation clearly and is happy to discuss suitable treatment options with costs to suit both wishes and pockets. I can also recommend the Hygienist demonstrating the same skills and care for the patient. This surgery is now private, but the monthly contribution makes the cost manageable and the service reliable.
