Treeline Dental Sheffield - Invisalign

Under Dr Kynman, this was a fantastic dental surgery. I never had any problems getting an appointment or having fantastic advice. Now it's moved to Treeline it's an absolute farce: the worst part being the phone lines and trying to speak to someone local who actually knows anything. I've had appointments cancelled twice (once just 4 hours before, on the day) and when I ring up to rearrange I have a long call tree to go through and then am put on hold listening to endless Invisalign adverts! After all that, they can't fit me in for weeks, after they cancelled! The hygienists all left months ago. I've now reluctantly moved over to a private service at another surgery, for which I hope the expense is worth it! Update: I went in there mid May 2026 to ask about an emergency appointment. The reception room had been gutted and redecorated to look like a trendy bar. I was told by two new receptionists that they had no dentists or clinicians. It appears they have all quit!

I would like to send my heartfelt thanks to SAM for showing me such kindness and understanding this morning. SAM could see how emotionally upset I was becoming and took it upon herself to escort me across the road to the dental suite where my appointment was booked in. At reception, Soraia was so lovely and reassuring. It was my first visit to Mr Butt, and he was extremely kind and very understanding of my nervousness. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH and I REALLY APPRECIATE THE WAY IN WHICH I WAS TREATED.

Very good practice and very nice people as me and my partner have had teeth removed. Our daughter was there we have just removed her as we have got her into one in the town we live in . My partner rang to remove her from the practice and was not spoken to very rude on the phone by a male called tonda I think his name was . 6 may 2026

Now it’s changed to Treeline it’s the worst dentist I have been to in 50 years . They have cancelled 5 appointments at the last 20 mins before appointment. Then they are very rude member of staff behind the counter large lady with glasses was very rude . Told me 3 months is now normal to wait for appointment for nhs dentist. And if my filling comes out nothing to do with them as my treatment was complete she said . I have since moved dentist. I make a strong suggestion to avoid like the plague. Unless you like rude abusive staff and a long list of cancelled appointments

I am a nervous patient and have been looked after so well for my last 3 visits. Never underestimate the power of a smile an encouraging word and listening to people. I felt everyone was professional and caring and skilled. Thank you to Adam, Aisha, Resuming and Phoebe. You're marvellous!

Awful My experience with this practice has been extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. I have personally had multiple NHS appointments cancelled or rearranged, and when I booked a private cosmetic appointment instead, that appointment was also cancelled by the practice. Despite no service being provided, I then had to spend weeks repeatedly chasing the return of my £30 deposit. Even after being informed the refund had been "initiated," the funds still did not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, forcing me to begin recovery through my bank. Communication was consistently poor, responses were slow, and the situation was handled in a dismissive and unhelpful manner. During this same period, automated appointment reminders continued to be sent despite the unresolved refund issue, demonstrating clear administrative disorganisation. After reviewing wider customer feedback, I noted that the company’s overall Trustpilot profile currently sits at around 2.5/5, with a high proportion of negative reviews reflecting experiences very similar to my own. The amount involved was small, but the time wasted, repeated chasing required, and lack of professionalism shown in resolving such a simple matter was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before paying deposits or relying on scheduled appointments at this practice
