Cannot speak highly enough of the practice. The staff are all great. Reception was friendly and helpful. Had some work done and I cannot speak highly enough of Snehal Dalvi (dentist) and Beatriz Fernandez (nurse). They were so gentle and considerate during the treatment. Clearly they enjoy their work, are very good at what they do. You both made the visit pleasant and relaxed. Thank you 😁

Great staff and fab Practice! Attended with my 2 children for our checkups. The staff are always warm and friendly and reassure my nervous child helping to put them at ease. The surgery is always clean and well managed and the staff always welcoming and treat us as individuals not just 'another patient'. Overall a very professional service and a pleasurable experience.

Attended my 6 monthly checkup and as always received a warm, friendly but professional greeting as I entered reception. The premises are superb and the staff act as if they want to be there, most unusual these days. All in all a very professional service and a pleasurable experience.

I can't recommend this place enough! I see Tristan who has always been excellent but this morning he went above and beyond to give me the treatment I needed. The receptionist was great as well, calling me back when she said she would at the end of a probably busy day to organise an emergency appointment for me. They genuinely care about their patients.

Very good. Very understanding and accommodating. I’ve been scared of having dental work done my whole life due to sensory processing disorder, asd and a bad experience during childhood. My treatment was explained to me, my dentist explained everything that was happening next and what it would likely feel like so there were no surprises and I felt reassured that had I needed to take a break I could have. I don’t dread my check ups and for the first time in my life I’m able to attend regular check ups and undergo any treatment I need.

Absolutely amazing dental practice. You are made to feel welcome from the minute you walk through the door. I have been at this practice for nearly 15 years and I have to say since the new owners took over its had a full refurbishment, its super modern & high tech. All the staff are lovely & friendly even my kids feel so at ease too.

I was 15 mins late but although Tom had called his next patient he did however agree to see me afterwards. Great customer care. Also discussed future work I requested with Tom and he outlined various options to be considered which was very informative and he made the time to discuss the options at great length and we then agreed a plan that he suggested and a timeline for completion. All very satisfactory. I must say that without a doubt he is one of the best if not the best dentist I have had the good fortune to have and would highly recommend him for his skills, patience and manner when in his surgery.
