Great service, my teeth are looking amazing after treatment completed. Clean clinic and great staff. Lovely nurse Susan, who is always happen to assist with a very pleasant attitude. Really good value after the result I've recieved. Would recommend.

I completely agree with this review the bad reviews I have been reading. I have a very similar experience with Impress. They chased me to get registered and eventually took the first deduction of £241. After the first payment, everything they promised became extremely slow. I had to chase them repeatedly just to get my first appointment, which was for a cleaning, and even that was poorly done with no noticeable difference. When I called to say I was no longer interested in continuing with their service, I mentioned the unprofessionalism and many loopholes I had noticed. During one visit, a nurse made derogatory comments about my hair, which I found completely inappropriate. They rarely answered calls, and when they finally did, they tried to lure me back by offering another cleaning session. I refused and was told that my refund would be processed, but to this day, I haven’t received a penny back. To make matters worse, they deducted another £241 without my authorisation. I had to contact my bank to block further payments. I’ve been in touch with Asseya from Impress, who has been repeating the same story for weeks, that the refund is still "awaiting approval." It’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I deeply regret signing up with Impress. Please be warned this company is not trustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy to follow. The aligners were comfortable, discreet, and fit into my daily routine without much hassle. I loved that I could take them out when eating, which made the whole experience much more manageable compared to traditional braces. The progress was gradual but noticeable. I started seeing changes within the first few weeks, which kept me motivated. The check-ins and tracking made me feel supported throughout the journey. Now at the end of treatment, my teeth are straight, my bite feels more even, and I’m so much more confident in my smile. The results honestly exceeded my expectations. Absolutely regret doing my treatment with this company. The customer service is appalling. Ive had issues with my payments since Oct 2023 and they were no help with sorting it out. I had to chase it up and do the solving myself. How am I telling a company about their customer payments? They should know when payment is due. This hadn’t been solved as well I had to keep chasing till I got fed up and paid it all in full in June 2024. Then after clearing all my balance they come back saying I’m in debt? Yeah definitely not going to recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

Brilliant place, excellent procedure. I’ll definitely be adding more great reviews as I have not had such brilliant experience in my life. The staff were amazing. Great discount and the pricing was good. This is definitely the place to visit if you want the best procedure. Thanks Aisha
