My son has been having treatment here for over 2 years and whilst there has been a change in orthodontists, we have always received a good service. The staff are very caring and kind and explain clearly what happens at each stage. We have been very happy. And, most importantly my son has gone from a 11mm overbite to lovely straight teeth now.
My daughter had been attending this clinic for over 2 years for her braces. We have finally got them removed and now have retainers. This teeth straighten journey for my daughter has been amazing. The results are fantastic. The staff are very helpful, polite and happy to help as much as they can. Thank you all so much.
My Daughter has just had her braces removed and we are amazed at how beautiful they look. We didn’t qualify for nhs criteria but we wanted our daughter to have straight teeth. We visited several other place before Portman smile and they have been absolutely amazing appointments every 4-6 weeks always on time and was so kind and caring. If you are thinking of Braces definitely give them a call.
I am so impressed with the Portman smile clinic ,from our first appointment to my sons brace fitting has been quick and very professional. Diana and Josie that fitted my sons brace were totally amazing ,they made him feel so relaxed and talked to him throughout about what they were doing and what to expect with wearing braces. I cannot recommend this clinic enough a truly lovely professional team throughout the whole clinic
I would highly recommend the practice. My daughter has just started her treatment and I have been impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the orthodontist and staff.
The treatment, while lasting a decently long time, made such an improvement to my smile! The customer service and orthodontists have also been great. Overall, would reccomend.
Amazing staff, they always treat me and my braces amazingly!!! They are so polite and always listen if I bring up and issues (which are only ever caused be self-error!)
