Paula is my dentist yes sometimes she is running late but I understand why as I am frightened of the dentist. But Paula is kind reassuring and spends time with you that you need to feel safe. All the other staff are amazing too

Paula is great and the nurses, however, the wait times are just insane, anywhere from one to two hours wait, every single time, there are far two many patients waiting, small waiting room, in fact tiny. The time waiting is not emergencies, it is how it is, every appointment is 5 mins apart, but each appointment takes anywhere from 10 to 20 mins, in that time four more patients have arrived, until there is 15 waiting at any given time. All to see one dentist! Why there isn't more I just don't know, to be in a rush like that all day must be exhausting, and it is a rush through. It really needs to be looked into.

Paula works incredibly hard and is such a lovely dentist. She is highly skilled and experienced and very kind with it. The waits at the surgery can be long due to the lack of NHS dentists in the area - out of Paula’s control. We are fortunate to have her 😊.

In December I booked an Appointment for 4th tooth top left I had lost the fillin at the side ajacent the3rd tooth I was charged£109 over the phone with no receipt. I went for a 12 o/c appointment on the 12th and waited 1and a half hours. I have been at the practice since before it became the design centre. I was shocked at the state she was in when I entered she certainly didn't look well .She said there was also one at the bottom she filled. THere was no assistant again. She rushed about trying to mix fillingsand huriedly poked it in the side of the tooth saying if theres a problem come back saying she was away at Christmas. I t must have taken 10mins for both. She still did not look in a fit state to be doin dental work. THere was NO assistant to record on the computer or preparefillings water etc. I knew then the filling I'd requested would not last .Last week the white fillin came out and I rang. When I went for the appointment 1hr wait. She had an assistant on the computer. Both saying she hadn't done that tooth it was someone else refusing to do anything . I am then charged £27.40 for ADVICE!! I have NEVER had a worse dental experience. in nearly 80 yrs. I paid £109 to have that tooth filledno other. I should therefore have my £109 +£27.40 refunded

Awful. Female older dentist was rude and abrupt. Paid £70 odd quid for a private check up told to get x-ray then ignored after I'd had it done. almost impossible to ring as they do not answer the phone. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Been with Paula and her team since covid. All I can say is looks after me so well. Even with my fear of dentists she is calm and very jovial puts my mind at ease. When it’s so hard to get a dentist I’m so glad I’ve got a good one in the dental design studio on Scunthorpe.

Both of my young daughters are registered here, I cannot speak more highly of Mr Shaji, he is an absolute breath of fresh air. I wish my dentist had been like him when I was younger! The receptionists are always so lovely too! Very happy ☺️
