I had such an amazing experience with this dentist. From the moment I walked in, the reception team were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The dentist was absolutely fantastic — very friendly, reassuring and professional throughout. Every step was explained clearly, and they always made sure I understood everything before continuing, which really helped me feel comfortable and at ease. Overall, the whole practice has such a warm and caring atmosphere, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Amazing service from start to finish!

Excellent Dental practice all the staff are very friendly , welcoming and make you feel at ease. Sarah the Dentist is always happy and cheerful and always provides a thorough explanation of what she is going to do and why and discusses the cost of the treatment. I have recerntly had some emergency treatment completed at mydentist after a period of time post covid where I had dropped off as an NHS patient. I have been treated with respect and a warm and friendly attitude by the reception staff, dentists and dental nurses. I have subsequently rejoined as an NHS patient and have had treatments needed completed quickly with a strong level of aftercare too. I would highly recommend this dentist to my friends and family.

After having a very bad experience with my own dentist who refused me emergency treatment I phoned this surgery. Not only did they understand my anxiety but fortunately they had a cancellation within two days that they offered me. The dentist was so kind and helpful, he removed my cracked tooth with no pain, his assistant even massaged my jaw as she saw my discomfort. I have since signed on as a new nhs patient!

What a fabulous surgery . I have recently joined the practice and am delighted with the service I have received. The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming and my dentist exemplary. His professional and caring approach is phenomenal. I am almost sorry I have to wait 3 months for my next appointment!

Dr Vilan is so kind and very patient. Apart from obviously being very good at his work, he really takes the time to explain everything. He has a gentle approach and manner. I would especially recommend him to anyone who is nervous about going to the Dentist.
