Griffin Dental Practice

I’ve been to Griffin Dental Surgery in Manchester several times, and every visit has been outstanding. The staff are second to none—absolutely brilliant treatment each time. The waiting room is so comfortable, with a TV that gives a relaxing vibe before your appointment. Dr. Iram, who I always see, is incredible—calm, kind, and great at talking through everything. Her assistant is brilliant as well. Every visit has been a 10 out of 10!

I would like to share my enthusiastic recommendation for this Dental Practice. From the moment you walk through the door, the reception staff greet you with a warm smile and a friendly welcome, instantly putting you at ease. Sharon and Tina are always exceptionally accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that my requests are met. Roberta is a wonderful dentist with the patience of a saint. Despite not being the easiest of patients, she always manages to make me feel comfortable and well cared for. Overall, this practice provides an outstanding experience, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

If you are currently reading the reviews in order to decide whether to choose this dental practice, I feel it is only fair to inform you that no real effort is made here to save your tooth. The only option offered is extraction. That said, the reception staff are very polite, efficient and attentive. I would like to highlight several issues I have experienced there. Despite being in severe pain, my 'emergency' appointment was scheduled three days later. Upon arrival, I was not seen by my regular dentist, and the attending dentist was unable to identify the source of the problem. After three days of excruciating pain, I was left with no choice but to seek private treatment elsewhere. Furthermore, three teeth that could have been restored were ultimately extracted, with the only explanation provided being a brief apology. Most recently, my appointment was cancelled at the last minute without a valid reason, and the next available slot I was offered is two months away!

Horrible place. Do not recommend. I've recently swapped dental surgeries because I hated coming here unless we were in pain. I've seen both dentists (a man and a woman) they both have attitude problems and are so judgmental. My daughter is special needs and it used to be difficult brushing her teeth when she was younger so have a few cavities at the back. Makes rude comments and gives us dirty looks every time.

I've gad a terrible fear of dentists for years but since I've been under Griffin I've never missed any appointments. I've had a top denture fitted and to say I'm pleased would be an understatement the dentist has absolutely transformed my smile and I'm eating properly again. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend these. Thank you Griffin dentist.

Dr. Roberta Aiello is an outstanding dentist! She’s always so kind, patient, and professional, making every visit a comfortable experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Her practice is clean, modern, and well-run, the staff are mostly friendly and efficient, and appointments always run smoothly. I always leave feeling well cared for and confident in the treatment I’ve received. Highly recommend Dr. Roberta and her great practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
