Whilst it wasn’t great I had my appointment rearranged at the last minute due to annual leave, and I was unable to get through on the phone for days previously, my appointment with Daher could not have been better. I have a host of medical conditions as well as anxiety towards visiting the dentist and normally exclusively see Naz, Daher couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating I was truly blown away and put at ease. He explained everything in detail, checked I was comfortable and happy to continue and allowed me to take regular small breaks whilst completing the cleaning. A real credit to the practice

I was in severe pain for 4 days. I called the dental hospital explaining the level of pain I am in and they turned me away, advised me to contact my dentist. What a waste of tax payer’s money. I couldn’t bear the pain any longer and had to make an appointment to see my dentist. The guy at the reception was very understanding and managed to make an appointment for me in the next 2 hours. I was so grateful I wasn’t turned away or had to wait days for an appointment. As soon as my dentist "Naadhirah" found the cause of issue. Her decision was decisive and swift. It only took 10 minutes from start to finish. The pain has disappeared. OH MY GOD, You don’t know how good that felt. THANK YOU, THANK YOU and THANK YOU.

Considering how busy the surgery is the service was excellent. For both check in and follow up reception staff were polite and efficient. I was seen in time and the Dentistt and nurse were polite and engaging. They took the time to explain treatment options and background information. Procedure was completed effectively and results were excellent.

Thanks to the team at Smile Manchester - Sale for their care and attention at my recent visit. The appointment took place on time and all went smoothly, from checking in on arrival through to arranging my next check up in 6 months time. Keep up the good work!

Dentist is polite and helpful. However, one of the receptionists was not polite and helpful. I asked about the breakdown of the cost and he was impatient and gave me an ambiguous answer. I called back next day to clarify the cost. The other receptionist was more polite and helpful. She explained clearly how the cost was charged and it was lower.

Had the new dentist Saba Akram. Been a nervous patient she made me feel relaxed the moment I walked in. She explained everything before she did any treatment. Definitely recommend.

Dentist very thorough and kept me informed of what she was doing and why. Good advice and support. Nobody likes going to the dentist but it’s so much better when you have trust in your dentist.
