I was sent to DCO after a referral from my Dentist to have my lower wisdom tooth removed. First of all, I was offered a weekend appointment which was brilliant as im self-employed. I was booked in for10am on Saturday, we arrived at 09.50 and I was out the door by 10.15 tooth in hand. An absolutely brilliant service and big thank you to Rebecca who was an absolute star and the rest of the team. Everything was explained before hand i was left feeling fully reassured. No pain at all other than some soreness that evening, and woke up today with no pain whatsoever. Left with full aftercare flyer also. Excellent service from start to finish

Son needed teeth removing for Brace fitting however they are extremely needle phobic. The whole team went above and beyond to support us. The receptionist Jade was amazing when I asked if there was anything they could do to help with his phobia. She spoke to his dentist and they suggested sedation, which they provide for a fee (worth every penny). Instead of a 2 to 3 year wait on the NHS we were seen for a consultation within 2 weeks and 2 weeks later the procedure was done. Had a consultation with Beth who went through the whole process with us and definitely put myself and my son's worries at ease. She took the time to explain everything to him in a way he understood. On the day of the procedure again everything was explained and the care and compassion shown to my son was amazing. From going in scared and panicking the team calmed him down and the whole experience ended up being very positive. He was actually giggling at some points. Had this service not been available we wouldn't have been able to progress with his brace. Would highly recommend for any children/adults that have a phobia of the dentist/needle ect.

I was referred to DCO Sale for a few teeth extractions. From the receptionists/nurses through to the dentist Matt, I can't thank you all enough. Your understanding and kindness was brilliant. It made such a difference to my visit.It took away my nervousness from the very first appointment. Thank you all again.

Great dentist "had an issue but friendly staff had me in there tender grasp. Reassured me all the way. 20 minutes later a quick hand shake and I was on my way" very good professional that's hard to find in this day and age. Very happy. The burning question would I go there again yes 100% I would no problems. Dco take the anxiety out of the dentistry. As well as communicating with you making you feel at ease

The most amazing dentist practice ever. The team is always helpful, friendly and professional. They make every visit comfortable and truly care about their patients. I am a nervous patient and Mark makes me feel at ease. Highly recommend!!

I needed a bone graft to support an implant. The communication with DCO dental was exceptional- from the receptionists to the dental team. Everything worked out exactly as it was described. It’s been brilliant

I would like to thank you for the Care and consideration that you gave to my son in law Gary Smith on Sunday the 8th march he needed to an emergency dentist because he's going through chemotherapy you took the appointment and once he arrived you went above and beyond helping him. you could have said no and refferd him to hospital but you contacted his MacMillan nurse for advice and you gave him the best possible care.the treatment he received could stop him from getting further infection with being a cancer patient he was really happy with the treatment he received I would love to thank you on behalf of Gary and our family we are all really grateful thank you very much Can't thank you enough for looking after him Your's the stewardson/ Smith family 👍👏👏👏
