I had an excellent experience at Klin Lane Dental with Sean. From start to finish, I felt well looked after and confident in the treatment I received. I am genuinely very satisfied with the work he has done and honestly could not ask for more. Sean was professional, calm, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process reassuring. His assistant she was also fantastic very friendly, supportive, and attentive. I would happily recommend Sean and the team and will definitely be returning for my next appointment in six months. Thank you again.

I visited the practice for a check up and X-ray, with the plan to discuss a treatment plan. I was booked in with Amy, and the appt was amazing. I have never felt so relaxed at a dentist, Amy is so knowledgable and easy to talk to, putting you at ease and making you feel completely calm. Overall, my experience was positive and Sophie was lovely — friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. However, I did have to wait around 30 minutes past my appointment time as the previous appointment appeared to overrun. I appreciate delays can happen, but better communication or time management would have helped as it impacted my working day.

I recently had my routine hygiene appt at Kiln Lane. The hygienist was Jo, she is very professional, down to earth and excellent at what she does. I had quite a lot of staining on my teeth & was concerned about my gum health too as I'd been unable to attend for my hygiene appt at my usual frequency due to illness lasting over several months. Jo diligently worked to ensure that my teeth were cleaned & polished again & was able to advise me about my concerns regarding some recession which I'd noted since my bout of illhealth. Jo is a highly skilled Practitioner who is easy to talk to about any concerns & provides excellent care & advice in between my Dentist appts. I can thoroughly recommend Jo & indeed all of the staff at Kiln Lane Dental.

I’m new to the area and needed a local dentist for some private treatment. I sent an enquiry one evening and they called me back first thing the next morning when they opened, which was a great start. The practice itself is bright, spacious and very clean. My examination was brilliant, genuinely the most I’ve ever learned about my teeth in 40 years. I can really see the difference between private and NHS in terms of time, care and explanation. I felt completely comfortable throughout and there was absolutely no hard sell. I’ve already booked my next appointment and I’m really pleased to have found this practice.
