Highly recommend! I am not a fan of the dentist but had to go and got recommended here, the two lovely ladies who done my clean & fillings were absolutely amazing and made me feel so much more at ease than I’ve ever felt at other dentists! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Went for the first time today and received amazing customer service and treatment from the receptionist, dentist and assistant. I even received a filling on my first visit. Really thankful for allowing me to join as an NHS patient as currently in a period of unemployment - I could not be happier with the service today 🙂

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SERVICE EVER!!!!! Visited there for advice for implant and they gave me a treatment plan and sent me for X-ray never told me I had to pay for the X-ray. I still paid as poor communication from them. when asked for refund as they never told me that I had to pay.They refused and lied saying they had told me that I had to pay for the X-ray which they never did. All they wanted was money and never gave a satisfactory advice. I would give zero stars if I could. And the woman on the phone was saying they are doing all this for good will, then might as well make all the treatment free, absolute joke and ridiculous.

I would give 5 because the treatment is second to none, my particular dentist has repaired a tooth that an NHS dentist wouldn't have done! His also treated my gums! The only thing is being a private patient I would expect a slightly friendlier approach! - very good dentist if your happy to overlook the customer service 😁 receptionist and nurse-friendly!

My son attended the dentist today he has asd he needs to now have a tooth removed but the whole experience was no stress for him at all the lady on reception was so so kind to get him in & the dentist team fantastic gave him antibiotics & sent to dental hospital for removal of tooth brilliant team

It's difficult to review as Mr Mehta I find to be a very good and approachable dentist. He explains everything etc. The other partner, I forget his name, doesn't speak to you about what is happening, advice etc. There is a particularly obnoxious receptionist, that tries to make people feel uncomfortable about being an NHS patient. Now I have been an NHS and private patient at other dental surgeries and never been treated unequal. I find her superior tone somewhat laughable, but also quite frustrating. There are other approachable receptionists there, but in her outspoken opinion, when they give you a service, they must be wrong. Very dissapointing and doesn't encourage me to become private.
