This is by far the best dental surgeon I have ever visited. The staff are welcoming, professional and friendly. The dentists and their assistants are patient, professional and explain everything along the way. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. Highly recommended.
Staff were very kind and polite. Walked me through everything they were doing and did a great job. There was even an earlier appointment available on the day which they made me aware of allowing me to get there earlier.
Great practice. My dentist is Dr Mass. very friendly and always on time. Reasonable pricing structure too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the practice or my dentist.
Went for a routine check up. The staff are so kind and helpful, which is good as I hate visiting the dentist and get so nervous!. The dental nurse gave me some helpful tips on pressure points to help calm me down next time I visit. Bless her.
Been there once, they changed me to a different dentist who had to go home to the middle east, cancelled 3 checkups, then I get a text message saying my check-up is overdue. They don't answer the phone, reply to messages. I'm now wondering how long before I'm forced to lose my NHS space I waited ages for.
Had routine yearly check up & the staff (everyone from the receptionist to my dentist) are so lovely & friendly.Would definitely recommend this practice if anyone is looking for one.
The best dental practice ive been to in the last 20 years everyone is friendly and helpful i had a tooth out and fillings and they made sure i wasnt in pain caring and proffesional 100% recomend
