The whole process from initial consultation through to brace removal has been excellent. The team were patient, supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. Despite my daughter not wanting braces/block braces and treatment, she is now extremely pleased with the outcome and does not regret undergoing treatment. She would now even recommend this to others and has the most beautiful smile!

Terrible , I see they have removed my review from 2 weeks ago..didn't notify me they had removed me off their books , when I needed them after knocking a front tooth out , not helpful , left me to fend for myself no help at all , only been with them 15 years !! lied and said it was policy , but then refused to show me the policy . Avoid
They have been great with my daughter from starting to finish. Spent time explaining every step that she would go through. In the final stages now and we feel like we left as friends. Nice friendly staff, listen to what you have to say, make you feel welcome, do not treat you any different from paying to NHS Thank you to all the staff
Booked an appointment for consultation about getting braces. The reviews looked really good online but the orthodontist I would not recommend. Did not seem interested in the slightest. And you are paying customer not a teenager anymore. Poor customer service. I can only imagine how the feedback and development of your dental care throughout the course treatment. With this practice would be disappointing . should’ve listened to the previous review about here.
It has taken 2 years but my Son’s teeth are perfect. Great service from this Dental practice. Thank you so much
Can’t recommend these lovely people enough. My sons teeth have change so much in the space of a few months so can’t wait to see the end result, Kirsty Malcolm has been fantastic with him. He’s feels so much at ease and all his worries are answered straight away
