I’ve always been a little nervous when going to the dentist but I really wanted to straighten my teeth and was looking into Invisalign. I had a couple of consultations but St Joseph’s Family Dental made me feel welcome and understoood exactly what I wanted to achieve. I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment and collected my permanent retainers and Dr Faisal has been absolutely superb from beginning to end. Needed extra aligners as wanted some of my teeth to be more straighter and these were ordered without any extra charge. They wished me well with my pregnancy and genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re thinking of starting your smile journey or having any kind of cosmetic work done I would highly recommend. 10/10

I’ve just read the previous 5 star review and would fully agree with everything written. My experience was very similar!! From my initial enquiry and first examination I felt I was in safe hands with Dr Wasim (and the rest of the team). Appointments were made at convenient times for me a part-time worker and they were on time! No wasted time sitting about! Everything was explained, which was reassuring and follow-up calls reinforced the care that was given. Every step of the process was explained, including the costs. The treatment was first class - with some simple things e.g. antibiotic mouthwash/tablet given to reduce risk of any infection. By following the wise advice I was back at work the day after the ‘main procedure’. My recovery was quick as I followed the advice. Today, I’ve finished the journey. Am I pleased? Absolutely, 100%!! No, these procedures aren’t the cheapest, and yes they take time to do it correctly; but the care I received was first class. I would honestly say that the procedures were much less uncomfortable than general dental care. So, if you need an implant procedure doing please go and talk to them. You won’t regret it and you’ll receive great care. Dr Wasim, is a bit of a perfectionist! Not a bad thing!! And he was pleased with the overall finish. He knows better than me! Dr Patrick Ferguson is an exceptional dentist and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very first appointment, Dr Patrick was kind, informative and genuinely invested in my wellbeing. He took the time to explain every step of my treatment clearly, making sure I always felt at ease and understood exactly what was happening. After completing a full course of treatment, every issue I had was completely resolved. Dr Patrick's expertise and warm, patient manner make him stand out as a truly outstanding practitioner.

I recently completed my Spark Invisalign treatment with Dr Faisal, and I couldn't be happier with the results. After visiting several dental practices to enquire about Invisalign, I knew as soon as I met Dr Faisal at Joseph Family Dental Care that this was the right place for me. He is so welcoming and instantly made me feel at ease. At every appointment, he took such great care in creating my new smile, and the results really do speak for themselves! I also want to give a special mention to Bridie, my treatment coordinator. She is so lovely and helpful—you can really tell she enjoys her job, and she is a total credit to the team. I have been a patient at Joseph and Family Dental for over 10 years, and my experience has always been pleasant. The team is amazing—very professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. Recently, my husband had composite bonding done with Faisal, who did an excellent job. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, his appointment couldn’t go ahead as planned. However, knowing he was going away, the team made every effort to accommodate him. Faisal kindly rearranged everything and even booked him in outside of normal hours to ensure the procedure was completed before his trip. Faisal and Bridie were extremely professional and understanding throughout. At the practice, they really take the time to listen and work around your needs. The whole team is wonderful to deal with, including the hygienist Sidra, who is always so welcoming and professional. Every visit feels personal, and they make you feel part of the family—you can always pick up right where you left off. I can honestly say it’s one of the best dental practices in the region. Faisal and his team are truly outstanding. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you to Faisal and the entire team for your continued care and dedication—it really doesn’t go unnoticed. When we moved to the area I got my daughter a spot at Joseph Dental through NHS, which was a pleasant surprise (such a nice place and accepting NHS patients), and then decided to join as well privately. Just had my first dental hygiene with Sidra, and let me tell you, this has been one of the best hygiene treatments I have had! She is such a professional and you can tell that she really likes what she does, as she was very detail oriented and just all in all great! My teeth feel so clean and beautiful after her hygiene clean. Thank you so much!

Reviewing on behalf of myself and partner (who had cognitive problems and struggled with treatment). Both our NHS and private treatments were carried out with respect and care. Never was kept waiting and was always happy with the advice and treatment which was carried out by Dr Patrick with so much care. Patrick is a great guy and gives clear instructions and delivers excellent, natural results. He is great at keeping his patient calm and as pain free as possible. I have confidence, have no fear and trust his work 100% The admin/reception/ dental nurses also get great appraisal from me too. The practice is clean and appears to be well run. I have been with the original practice over 50 years. I have never used another practice. I initially, many years ago had great service from Dr T Jones (now retired) and the service has continued to be as good to this day, obviously moving on and delivering modern treatments etc. I hope the practice continues with both nhs treatment (which is important), whilst in addition offering private treatments when needed.
