Awful dental service. Took my 6 year old for a check up for her toothache. Appointment was at 4:10 got there 10 minutes earlier seen by the receptionist was told to wait, boy did we wait. It was nearly closing time before I decided to walk out myself with my daughter. Asked the receptionist why so late she says yeah I know it’s late. For almost an hour we waited but guess the funny part no other patients was there for them to see only me and my daughter and the receptionist who was listening to reggae music but the dental practitioners who were upstairs they were having a good time. For that entire time we were there all we could hear is laughter giggling and stomping coming from upstairs, they completely neglected that they have a patient to see. I even booked time off from work to go to that appointment. It was worse than A&E. I will put a complaint forward for negligence. Absolutely horrible.

I've always been fearful of going to the dentist but Alexanne has always been sympathetic to this and has provided reassurance and kindness on every visit. I know I'm in good hands. The nursing staff are also very supportive, I think it was Nurse Davina who was there for my last visit. Would highly recommend.

Alex and her colleagues are amazing. She puts you at ease with her friendly, caring and knowledgeable personality. Highly recommended this dental practice.

Alexanne is the best dentist I have ever been too! I have required a lot of work due to gum disease and she has been absolutely marvellous. Having always been terrified of going to the dentist she immediately put me at ease and always lets me go at my own pace and is very understanding of my fears. Always explains what is happening and what needs to be done, honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Also, nurse Davina is very patient with me also and always makes me feel at ease and comfortable.

I cant recommend Dr Alexanne enough. Shes is a fantastic dentist and a great asset to this practice. She is very caring, extremely knowledgeable and has taken such good care of my mum’s complex dental concerns. Her standard of care is excellent and always has gone the extra mile for my mum. Just wanted to say a big thank you.

I have been a patient here for several years and always receive the best care. For my last appointment they fitted me in due to a crown coming off and my dentist, Alexanne, ably assisted by nurse Davina, explained all the options for me and arranged the best treatment plan, booking future appointments there and then. Davina is always helpful and both of them are really pleasant and welcoming.

Alexanne has been absolutely wonderful! After years of having a phobia of the dentist she has somehow managed to put me at ease! Both her and Davina are lovely & patient. I’d tried other dentists before finding Alexanne and there’s no comparison x
