I visited the practice again today and once again received exceptional service from the entire team. I would particularly like to thank Dr Swetha Pabba and Sarah for their incredible patience, compassion, and understanding of my fear of needles. They took the time to explain everything, never rushed me, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. I would also like to give special thanks to Jan and Joe. From arranging appointments to welcoming me at reception, their kindness, professionalism, and genuinely caring approach helped create a calm and reassuring experience from start to finish. It’s clear that everyone at the practice is committed to providing outstanding patient care, and as someone who can find dental visits quite daunting, that means a great deal. Thank you all for the exceptional customer service and for making each visit such a positive experience.

I’ve had such a great experience with my invisible braces treatment at My Dentist Romsey, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Wonderful experience. I had an appointment with the hygienist and herself and dental assistant were so lovely and went beyond to explain the procedure and make me extremely comfortable as I was quite nervous. My teeth look and feel so clean. I will definitely be returning for a check up and dental work.

Hi, I had a whitening treatment done by Dr Roula and her assistant Caroline recently. I am absolutely delighted with the result and would completely recommend it to anyone thinking about having this done. I am much more confident when smiling now !! All the staff at mydentist Romsey are extremely welcoming, friendly and professional - I was kept well informed of the treatment plans and the work that was going to be undertaken. My actual dentist Roula was exceptional - I had a chipped front tooth, which of course is a particularly important tooth in terms of confidence and the chip was quite a difficult one to be able to repair. Initial she tried one method of repairing it but, unfortunately, it didn't take but the reception team were amazing at getting me re-booked in very quickly (and for no extra charge) and Roula used a different technique to repair the tooth. I am absolutely over the moon with the result - you cannot tell that there has been any work done at all due to the precision and care that was put into the repair. After care was amazing as well, as I was booked in for a follow up (again, no extra cost) and Roula made sure that it had taken well and ensured I was happy. Also Roula and Caroline were extremely patient and amazing with my 4 year old son when he had his routine check up. 10 out of 10 service - highly recommend!!

The treatment was excellent and the dentist made a fantastic job on my 2 front teeth. Her and the nurse we very kind to me as I am an elderly lady especially as I was in the chair for over 2 hours.

The work carried out by the hygienist was excellent. Also very helpful advise. My only criticism/observation is that every time I attend, twice a year, the charge for the hygienist goes up at a rather alarming rate! Is this really necessary?
