Dentistry 442

As a healthcare professional I am appalled at the lack of customer care and poor service I have received. I made an emergency appointment 2 weeks ago today at a cost of £70 and was told within minutes my tooth was cracked and that although only 4.15pm it could not be extracted there and then. I was assured I would be contacted to have the procedure done - but miles away in Trafford which would have been very inconvenient. In any case, to date NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE at Dentistry@442. I have now registered myself and my family at another local dentist. I have been a patient there for 22 years and the service has declined continually! I have had no option but to leave this review in the hope that someone will finally get back to me.

I can’t recommend Dentistry@442 enough! The whole team is so friendly and professional — from the reception staff who make booking easy, to the dentists who really take time to explain every step. I’ve always been nervous about dental visits, but they made me feel completely at ease. I had teeth whitening done, and the results are amazing. The surgery is spotless and modern, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. If you’re looking for a trustworthy dentist in Rochdale, this is the place to go!

I lost a filling 2 weeks ago. Can't contact them. The place is never open. Left message as requested, no response. I've had to go somewhere else to get my tooth fixed.

Had a check-up and some treatment done. Everything was explained properly and done with care. The place is clean and modern, and they’re great with kids too.

Thank you to Reggie and Mateen who have gone above and beyond in their care. I am a new patient driven to a private dentist after the failings of NHS dentistry. A broken crown made my life a misery for 3 weeks until 442 Dentistry came to my rescue. I initially e-mailed and got a quick and positive response When I went for my initial consultation they were friendly helpful and professional, they put me at ease and took the time to go through all available options to help me. Within 4 days I have had a consultation, tooth extracted and denture in place.
