Better Dental Rochdale

We have been patients at this practice before Better Dental took over and have always had good service until Patrick and Lazlo left the practice. Since they have left we feel the new staff are all about getting money for treatment that isn't needed ( in our case). We were told we needed 3 monthly check ups, but got no reminders. After being told we needed quite a lot of treatment we went elsewhere to be told we didn't need everything they said. Cancelled our dental plan but have been told no refund will be given, even though we haven't had any visits since July last year. Really disappointed with the service.

Had a very disappointing experience. My appointment was booked for this morning and when I show up, the door is locked. The receptionist looks at me but doesn’t open it for another couple of minutes WHILST ITS RAINING and stays on the phone. She eventually lets me in and goes back to her phone call, where she chats away for another 5 minutes about holidays and the such (no rush!). Finally, the phone call ends and she finds the time to tell me that my appointment has been cancelled! No prior calls, SMS, or emails. In summary, I waited in the rain and then in the reception room to be told that my appointment is cancelled. Better dental? Better avoid!

Amazing would recommend to anyone have been coming for years . Everyone from dentist to receptionist are so lovely and accommodating Nothing is too much trouble Any problems I have I have no issues getting an appointment

Wonderful experience , called at 9am with a broken tooth/lost filling - appointment at 10.20 the same day finished by 10.40 - as a family we have been coming to this dental practice for many years, everyone is lovely and it just make you feel at ease thank you -Pete

A very disappointing service. If you are invited to leave a review and it’s not 5 stars you are then reverted back to the surgery website asking why your review is not a positive one. You then explained why you are disappointed with the service and then you confirm that you would like a call back to discuss it further. You confirm you would like a call back then nobody phones you!!! It’s ok having a fancy refurbished practice but the treatment and service needs to match this!!!!
