The whole team provided stellar care and were just a joy to deal with from the first contact until after the treatment. I was only passing through Richmond but they made sure to give me an appointment asap. Very few people enjoy going to the dentist and I was scared that day as I feared there was something seriously wrong with my teeth. The entire practice staff was super kind, caring, warm, and highly professional. The young dentist who was treating me reassured me that it looked way worse than it actually was and offered an Air Flow Clean (basically sandblasting my teeth). The treatment wasn’t painful at all. The dentist and his assistant made me feel at ease throughout and the difference was astonishing. I left relieved and overjoyed to know that my teeth are healthy and strong, and with sparkly white teeth and a big grin on my face. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

I have always been treated with great courtesy and kindness here and the practice has helped stabilise my gum health which has improved my overall dental health. I've recently had a bit of an issue with some partial dentures being made which have been a bit tricky to sort out and get a fit without a gap in my teeth. However, the practice has taken my concerns really seriously and we are starting the process again until the fit is acceptable asthetically as well as functionally. The practice is always professional caring and really listens to it's patients.

I wouldn't believe before I joined this practice that you would ever hear me say 'I love this dentists!' They are all kind and accommadating, appreciating my inexplicable fear of dentistry. Claire explains every procedure and gives time checks through the appointment, plus the fact that she can administer acupuncture to diminish my anxiety makes long procedures bearable. I'd highly recommend this team.

I always have a positive experience when I visit CTL Dental. There is a friendly welcome from the reception staff and communication is efficient. The dentist is professional and reassuring, she explains the treatment and gives options if necessary. The atmosphere is calm and good humoured. I have every confidence in the dentist when I'm having treatment and..... I'm really happy with the treatment I've received.

I am very satisfied with my experience at CTL dental. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. Claire is very thorough and made every effort to make sure my plan was carried out efficiently, setting my mind at rest and making sure everything was completely fine. All questions were answered promptly. I have no complaints at all and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice.

Ever since joining the practice just over twelve months ago, I have been consistently impressed with the service I’ve received. From the reception staff with their appointment reminder calls and welcomes upon arrival, to the nurses and dentist; everyone has provided a first class professional but personable service. CTL dental is fantastic, all of the team is welcoming and puts your mind at ease straight away. My mum (sharon) has only had appointments with claire and she is always so good with her as she is very nervous due to previous treatments else where, she is always saying how amazing and lovely she is and that she does such a good job to an extremely high standard, they all really look after you. Would highly recommend this practice they are outstanding.
