Crabbs Cross Dental Surgery

Can't rate this dental practice enough. After a lifetime of dreading and avoiding dental appointments, Lesley and the team have set my anxiety at ease whilst delivering excellent treatment (Lesley's great sense of humour is a huge help!!) Would highly recommend to anyone who struggles with dental anxiety.

Im a very nervous patient & went to to this dentist for treatment while staying with my daughter in Redditch. They were so kind & understanding, in fact the best dentist i have ever had in my 64 yrs. Mr Saqib Dodhy was very patient & kind. I will be coming up from Cornwall again in Sept to see him. I Also need to mention Ursula the receptionist was so helpful & kind when i called in to make an appointment & also the dental nurse who was their when having my treatment...a lovely lady. Id like to thank you all for your kindness & understanding. Thank you 😊

Have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. Very happy with the service. Recently had the misfortune to break 3 front teeth. Saqib was excellent, seeing me that afternoon, doing some initial work and planning and arranging necessary further treatment. By the end of the week, I had had 2 teeth repaired by Lesley Robertson and 7 days after the accident I had a denture for the remaining tooth. Always polite, gentle and efficient and in my latest visit very impressed with the speed of getting me back to looking reasonable. Implant next.

As a new and nervous patient, I can highly recommend this practice. Saqib Dodhy has a very calm manner and is very thorough in his examination and his explanations/advice. I have had two fillings and an extraction and I can honestly say it was totally pain free and done very efficiently. I find all the staff helpful and friendly too which I think is really important as first point of contact. And, as a private patient, I find the fees very competitive. All in all, I’m happy to recommend to anyone.

I can highly recommend this dental practice. I had to have two large teeth removed and Ive never been a fan of dentists at the best of times. But Lesley (dentist) and Alison (nurse) made me feel at ease and got me through it. Then Ive recently had some cosmetic work done which is absolutely amazing!!! (Also by Lesley) My dislike of going to the dentist has now changed!

I can’t recommend Saqib, Lesley and Alison enough! Definitely the best dental care that I’ve ever experienced from the offset and throughout. Professional, friendly and made me feel completely at ease. They were all very informative with what they were doing and why - for each step of my treatment plan. Lesley was so honest and her attention to detail is like no other, in order for me to get the results that I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the way my teeth have turned out! Each visit was like visiting a friend because they were all that friendly and welcoming. I just wish that I went to them sooner. I will definitely be coming back for all of my dental needs and will recommend to all my friends and family! One of my friends has actually already booked in, the same day that i had my treatment completed and once she had seen my results! Again, I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been coming to this Dental Surgery for many years. I have always received excellent treatment, especially when I have needed an emergency appointment. Mr D is an extremely competent dentist. He had always helped and advised me how to maintain good dental health. Saqib and all the staff are very accommodating. "It’s a delight walking through the door!"
