Fraser Plahe Dental Care

Been in this Dental practice for years. The staff are absolutely wonderful and friendly. Mr Plahe is an amazing Dentist. I have to drive 10 miles to get there but wouldn't go anywhere else !

I was seen as an emergency. I'm not a registered patient but was desperately in need of dental treatment for a really nasty infection. My regular dentist had removed me from the register as I hadn't required treatment for 2+ years and couldn't fit me in. After exhausting all other avenues unsuccessfully my final port of call was Fraser-Pathe. Don't get me wrong i'm very grateful they found me a slot, they weren't forced to do that and i recieved the treatment I needed so thanks for that. However it's been niggling away at me, the attitude/demeanour of the Dentist. The only way I can describe is...annoyed, disinterested...I enquired about another tooth which has been a bit bothersome and he became exasperated and bluntly told me he was private and strictly only treated non registered NHS patients as an emergency and would do no other work....lovely attitude...I wasn't asking much, well I don't think it was. Would he have been nicer and more patient if i'd been a registered patient? Shouldn't everyone recieve the same customer service regardless? Maybe he was just having a bad day, fed up with treating NHS emergencies?

I have been visiting this practice for 35 years. I had a very bad experience before I joined frasers dentist. Yesterday I had a very difficult extraction. The care and compationat care I received was amazing as always. I am greatful for the hand holding and the hug from fraser afterwards. Well done for making me feel safe. YB

Can't thank fraser enough for the work carried out / bridge, crown & filling, reassuring all the way through the procedure and don't even know the work has been done so comfortable and looks perfect match to my original teeth, perfect match in colour and alignment

I would recommend this practice to anyone, it’s first class and very professional. Frazer is an excellent dentist with a world of knowledge, I’ve never had any complaints, they also have a great hygienist John. They are a very friendly team and very on the ball.
