Friendly staff and always welcoming. Remembering you and having a bit of a rapport with the reception is great. I like that we discuss everything openly and honestly. There is one particular receptionist that is amazing to me and I can't remember her name!

I had a very positive experience with the dental team. The professionalism, care, and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout my appointment. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and highly skilled, creating a calm and reassuring environment. Excellent Dentist with more knowledge than any other i have ever had and i am 81. She is amazing and has my full trust. Staff is friendly and competent. A pleasure to be a patient there. Highly recommended 10/10.

would like to share my feedback following my recent visit to the University Dental Centre for the extraction of my upper first molar. From the moment I arrived, I was treated very kindly and professionally by the reception team, who were welcoming, helpful, and made the process smooth and reassuring. I would especially like to commend Dr Aleena Siddique, who was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout my appointment. She took the time to clearly explain my dental condition and the reason why extraction was the only viable option due to significant bone loss. Her explanation was clear, honest, and reassuring, which helped me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment decision. Overall, I felt well cared for and treated with respect throughout my visit. I am very grateful to Dr Aleena Siddique and the entire team for their professionalism and compassionate approach.

My dentist Alina was brilliant! She realised I was a nervous patient and she made sure the treatment was gentle. Overall, an excellent service. I left feeling well looked after and confident in the care I received.
