I have been a patient at Prospect Street Dental Practice for several years and have consistently been impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and care shown by every member of the team. Recently, I experienced a minor dental emergency, and the reception staff were incredibly accommodating in arranging an earlier appointment with Marina. She resolved the issue quickly and expertly, making what could have been a stressful experience completely straightforward. I was particularly impressed by how gently the local anaesthetic was administered—it was genuinely the most comfortable and pain-free experience I've ever had. Had a really good experience with the hygiene appointment today. The new cleaning method was much more comfortable than the traditional one, with far less sensitivity afterwards. The hygienist was very careful, gentle and thorough throughout the treatment. Everything was explained clearly and the whole experience felt professional and reassuring. Highly recommend this practice. Marina is great, always takes the time to put me at ease, explain what she’s going to do and accommodates my various requests. Always transparent about costs and provided written estimate by email today without me even requesting it. Reception staff always kind and helpful. Nurses are friendly and caring too. New building is great and feels very modern. Old one is good too but new building feels more spacious. New building is accessible too, for those who need it.

Dr Buckley is far in the best dentist I have used since having teeth. Previously, I was put off ' The Dentist' for many years after poor care. I have been with the practice for over 6 years, I am always pleased with my treatment and now im invested in my dental health I routinely undertake preventative treatments with Gill -whos a top notch hygienist! If your looking for a great practice then look no further. Easy parking in Chester Street.

All the dentists here are amazing, the staff are great, and the hygiene standards are superb. They’ve got all the latest technology and cool gadgets, so you know you’re getting the best care possible. The team looking after you are highly skilled and use modern equipment throughout. And the cherry on top? All the specialists are under one roof. What more could you ask for?

Excellent hygiene appointment with Misha and her assistant, Brianna. Misha was professional, thorough and caring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and provide helpful advice. The cleaning was excellent and my teeth feel noticeably cleaner afterwards. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am so grateful for the extremely professional and above and beyond care I have received at my first dental checkup in 4 years. I have quite a bad dental phobia, and the dentist including the receptionist were extremely accommodating and supportive. The facilities (including the "old building") are incredibly clean, nice and calm.
