Perfect Smile - Dentist in Reading

I have been coming to this dental practice for many years, I have always had the very best of treatment. As a very nervous patient they have always been so kind to me. Recently there have been a lot of changes at the surgery, so going for my first check up with a totally new dentist, was, for me, slightly terrifying. If it is possible to improve on what was, in my opinion, an excellent set up, then that is what has happened. Mr Muddasser Riaz was kindness personified. He chatted, put me at my ease, took xrays and explained them to me. Made suggestions on aspects that might help me with my personal detal care. When I came out I was almost relaxed, which doesn't happen normally with me and dentists. I feel confident that the excellent service I've always received is going to continue. Thank you Mr Riaz and, as always, big thanks to Linda and the reception team, absolutel angels. Best dental practice ever!!

On my visit to the clinic for a sedation appointment to extract my tooth, I was feeling very nervous. Dr Issmael and Nurse Lalita were absolutely fantastic, the procedure went smoothly without any hiccups and I didn't feel a thing of what was happening. They made me feel calm. It was all well organised and they ensured that the chaperone does not leave the area. The Receptionist was very helpful and even checked up on me after the procedure. Would recommend this clinic to anyone who has anxiety.

As always the service was wonderful. My spouse needs sedation for dental work and everyone looked after them well. Particular shout out to Maggie in recovery who always takes excellent care of them. She has been a wonderful familiar warm face each time my spouse has come round.

My daughter Isha had her 4 teeth extracted under sedation. It was very well managed. We had last appointment on the day and the staff extended their support beyond working hours to ensure we have our pick up outside. Thank you so very much. Amazing staff, skilled dental team and clean and modern facilities.

We attended today for my daughter’s treatment under sedation, as she suffers from extreme anxiety in medical and dental settings. We were warmly welcomed by Linda, who immediately noticed how upset and nervous she was. She was incredibly kind and compassionate, and took the extra step to inform the rest of the team in advance. Everything went smoothly, with all staff making a real effort to keep her as comfortable and at ease as possible. Linda also came to check on her during recovery, which we really appreciated. We can’t thank the team enough for their care and understanding. Thank you.

Was referred to have a tooth extraction.. and as nervous as I was they really did their best to put my mind at rest. The dentist team were great and after having sedation I don't remember a thing! Brilliant to everyone who helped me.

My very anxious Daughter had two teeth extracted today. At one point it looked like the anxiety was going to take over and we were going to leave without having the procedure. Thanks to patience and kindness of all the staff members involved my daughter went through with it. Would definitely recommend.
