Neel is not only highly skilled and thorough, but his patient care is second to none. He takes the time to explain every single step of the process clearly, ensuring you completely understand your options with zero pressure. As someone who used to get a bit anxious about dental visits, Neel’s incredibly calm, gentle and reassuring manner made all the difference. He checks in on you throughout the appointment to make sure you are comfortable, which turns what can be a stressful chore into a genuinely pleasant experience. I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking to find a good dentist. The dentist is great and so friendly and you get seen quite quickly. I wanted to thank a lovely dental nurse, named Steff who looked after me. She was so lovely, attentive and so knowledgeable. I recently visited Bupa Dental Care in Rayleigh, as a nervy patient i was made to feel at ease and very comfortable. The Dentist and Nurse were so friendly and professional all my usual nerves went away and I had a nice pleasant experience. Thank you very much, I'll see you again soon.

Had the routine check up which was ok. Reception was ok, they could smile more. The scale and polish was great, teeth looking good and feeling good. Dental care advice was shared and hopefully will us it.
