A wonderful experience in a relaxed and friendly environment. Mike and his team know how to make children feel comfortable. But more amazingly, they know how to help a child’s face grow! My eldest daughter (who is nearly seven) has been in treatment for just over 6 months and already the results are remarkable. Not just the fact the crowding is disappearing, but her face is now growing up and out. The difference is clear to see already and undeniable! Mike and his team are changing the face of orthodontics by allowing growth - instead of inhibiting it. Your child won’t just get a beautiful smile. I found Dr. Mew after interrupting a traditional orthodontic treatment because I felt that despite the fact my teeth were looking better my facial structure was deteriorating. I had severe overbite and that treatment done by my previous orthodontist wasn’t able to fix and was recommending surgery. My family and I started looking for different opinions and we found Dr. Mew, he was more than helpful and agreed to take me as a patient despite the fact I was already 18 years old. He believes that with hard work even people my age can achieve improved facial structure without risky surgeries. Since I started my treatment with him my facial structure improved massively, I don’t have an over bite anymore and my profile looks so much better, I even have a jawline now. We are still continuing the treatment and making progress. I am more confident about the way I look as well as being more healthy, even my breathing has improved. I can I confidently say that he changed my life in many aspects not just just aesthetically. I would recommend him to anyone.

We are very pleased with the treatment we have received. Early intervention worked so much better than waiting until our children had all their adults teeth, when it was already clear by age 7 that they would have problems with overcrowding. They are now adolescents and have finished their treatment with beautiful smiles and all their adult teeth in perfect alignment. Their friends are extremely jealous because they have crooked teeth and uncomfortable fixed braces just at the point when they care about their appearance. I travel from Australia for treatment with Dr. Michael Mew. I have previously had traditional orthodontics with 4 premolars extracted and my jaws retracted back. I have been taking my three sons to Dr Mew since 2007 for severe malocclusion. He has successfully treated all of them during this time. Being an Anaesthetic Practitioner myself and working in operating theatres that perform Le Fort procedures, I am so grateful to Dr Mew for correcting my eldest son's Class III underbite. Without orthotropics he would have definitely had to endure a Le Fort, which is such a painful and life disrupting procedure.

We worked together as a family and there is no doubt that it requires dedication and commitment. We started with a combination of mouth and head braces. The results after a few years is simply stunning. The before and after pictures are like night and day, even to an untrained eye. About a year after we started seeing great results, we had a routine review appointment with the NHS hospital. They were near speechless at the result and simply discharged us! For us, it was money well spent and we are thankful that we found Dr Mew. The team has grown over the years but their dedication, and passion for their patients haven't changed.
