Finding an NHS dentist has felt impossible but when a spot opened here for me and my wife, we were so happy. The receptionist team are the most lovely and thoughtful staff, both over the phone and in person. They give off the most lovely and welcoming vibes. The dentist I have is great. Due to nerves, he's completely fine with me wearing a headphone to distract myself during treatment. The staff overall are just great, very compassionate. Excellent practice.

Had my first visit yesterday, I haven't been to a dentist for 10 years+ so I was a bit nervous but I quickly learnt there was no need to be. Was easy to check in and I wasn't waiting in the reception room for too long and was quickly seen by Lucia who is probably the nicest dentist I've ever met. Talked me through everything she was doing and I'm going back in a few weeks for a few fillings, which previously, I would have been a nervous wreck but I'm happy to know that I'm in good hands now.

I have had three Emergency Appointments over the past 8 months and have always been seen on the day of making the appointment. Very friendly and professional reception staff always helpful in sorting out appointments. Today I had a crown refixed which has enabled me to go on holiday tomorrow. Lucia is a wonderful caring dentist who takes the trouble to explain what she is doing and is very reassuring. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Been twice now fantastic staff make you feel welcome...Lucia Lombardo my dentist very professional...and pain Free and no problems doing the work and reassuring....can't wait to go back 😁

Advise treatment on an NHS basis then pull the rug at the last minute and try to make you pay privately. Dentist passes the book to the manager and the manager passes it back. 0 accountability and when you try to hold them accountable they put the phone down in a huff. Avoid at all costs, even if you cant get an NHS dentist.

I would like to mention Lucia Lombardo as an excellent dentist, a pain free experience and a very caring dentist in fact I would say that in my 72 years of age the best one, please don't leave the practice

I visited my dentist Garstang today for the first time. As many people who visit dentists it’s always a nervous experience. On arrival the reception staff were very pleasant and friendly. David the dentist I saw was really good making my experience very relaxing. Communication with this practice is very good. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
